“I absolutely loved working with Katie on my new sunroom. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and turned that into something beyond my imagination. The setting is beautiful, tranquil, and timeless. Katie met all my needs in regards to budget, style preference, and space challenges. This project was done remotely, and it went off without a hitch. “This husband and wife team are amazing! They have unbelievable talent and are so personable. Benavides Design House turned our unfinished basement into a beautiful space complete with an art room for the kids, spare bedroom, entertainment room, pool table/game room and a wine cellar wall. They did renderings for us ahead of time so that we could really see what our space would look like. They sat down with us and made sure we were comfortable and got to know our style before they made recommendations. They were flexible enough to put up with our last minute change of heart on a few decisions. They were also very responsive to our calls and emails throughout the process. Plus when we first moved to the South Jersey area, we paid almost double the hourly fee for a designer so we consider BDH to be very competitively priced. You can not go wrong with this talented pair!!”

“Nicole is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about her and the interior decorating services that she provided for us. Nicole originally helped us in a historic home in Jacksonville. She was incredible at learning what we wanted, matching the neighborhood feel, and making the house feel just right. We then unexpectedly moved to the beach!! Nicole worked with us to repurpose our old furniture, adapt it to our new house style and make the PERFECT house sitting. We love, love, love the work that Nicole did for us. We're so grateful.”
