“We initially hired Kathy over 3 years ago to act as a consultant on a first floor makeover and a kitchen remodel. She immediately understood our lifestyle and general sense of style. All of her recommendations were attractive and livable. We recently sold our house (in less than a week!) and the buyers said the beautiful kitchen was a major factor in them buying the house.
