Nothing like having such a poor experience that I’m posting a negative review on multiple websites in hopes of saving other people time and money.
Keeping it short and to the point, we ordered a vanity that we “in stock” and we were told it would be delivered within a week. Even after MULTIPLE proactive follow-up calls and emails with the Home Depot designer center, we were given the runaround and ended up wasting over 6 weeks before finally giving up on them and sourcing our vanity elsewhere.
The worst part? Even when speaking to management who assured me that our phone calls would be returned, that someone would be following-up with us, it simply did NOT happen.
Do yourself a favor, as mentioned by other reviewers, DO NOT TRUST the Home Depot Design Center thinking that it’s a well-run operation like Home Depot – far from it.
