“We have used countertops by Grothouse Lumber on a number of projects including countertops and even a teak tub deck. Not only is the quality of their product far superior to anything we have used in the past, but it looks beautiful. They are easy to deal with, give quotes back in amazingly fast times, but you always get exactly what you expect and most importantly...they stand behind the work they do. Everytime we use one of their wood tops it becomes the showpiece in that space. “I would highly recommend Olde Mill Cabinetry to anyone looking for new cabinetry. Old Mill designed, built and installed our kitchen and bath cabinets in 2012. Our experience was great, from picking out styles and colors in their showroom, working together on floor plan and layout, all the way through to installation. 6 Years later, we are still loving our cabinets. Our kitchen is by far the room that we receive the most compliments on from guests. I have no reservations in endorsing the work they do. They are a family business and we were treated like friends, not a business transaction. The quality and workmanship is truly outstanding and is becoming a rarity in today's society. “We had the pleasure of working with Tracy Reda when shopping to remodel our kitchen and family room. Tracy is very personable and made us feel that she was helping us to achieve our goal. My wife and I were both struck with her friendly and outgoing personality as she helped us make difficult decisions about how to choose the right fixtures or coordinate colors. We were alway completely at ease with her. She seemed more like a friend than a salesperson. After we planned our project my wife and I were in Seattle for a vacation, which we had planned for quite a long time. While there my wife had an unexpected illness. Tracy was on top of everything and saved us from any additional concerns about what was happening at home. We were able to relax while my wife recovered, You can imagine what that meant to both of us. When we arrived home we began the chaos that would eventually lead to our dream. We were always aware that she was there to help us should we need it. Things have progressed nicely and pretty much according to the plan she and the contractor set out for us. The work should be completed in the next two weeks and I feel very strongly that we have Tracy to thank for getting us through the highs and the lows. When we finally reach completion I expect to go through the final inspection with her and know that she will enjoy our home as much as my wife and I will.”

“I've been working with Brenda for about 3 months now and am very impressed with her attention to detail. I have worked with other PSI's in this same position, and was not happy with dimensions they gave me to work with. Her paper work is thorough and easy to design by. This makes the process run so much smoother. Less corrections have to be made, therefore more time to work on new projects. She is very personable with customers, and willing to work with their ideas not just give her opinions without listening to their objections. She is not intimidating and listens to any advise I might have and encourages me to have an opinion. I like that we have brain storming sessions sometimes. We learn a lot from each other.”

“Lowe's of Easton remodeled my master bath and did an outstanding job. Our project coordinator Lindsey, and General Contractor Ted, made are experience quick, easy, and affordable. They were able to work within our budget but still meet our demands. Their estimate was also dead-on and we did incur any unexpected cost. The entire process was stress and worry free. They were on time every day and kept me updated on what to expect throughout the installation. They met each deadline with ease. In the end our Bathroom came better than I ever expected. We could not be happier with the final results.”

I was very quickly impressed with the quality and variety of products on display, and the pleasant offer by staff to answer any questions I might have. Megan was very knowledgeable and offered helpful suggestions from the wide variety of high quality products available. While she provided suggestions, Meghan deferred to my wishes regarding final decisions about the faucet, sink, vanity, and medicine cabinet chosen for installation. “I am new with Plain & Fancy but I am very familiar with the brand. In the past, I've always admired P & F from afar. I’ve always thought that their product was for the elite, even though I am a luxury designer. I finally specified their product this year. I was very impressed by their quick response to my questions. Believe me, I’ve asked quite a bit! One of the things I found is that they offer many doors and finishes, all of which are very impressive. But the most impressive of all is the quality of the process. The process in their manufacturing. I can talk about great design here, but the fact of the matter is, what is great design if everything is going to fall apart after it is installed! I’ve designed many cabinetry cabinets before. I’ve even carried my own Amish made cabinetry. I was so impressed with the quality of Plain and Fancy that I am dropping my own cabinetry line!”
