“Urbano Design was hired to build an unattached studio for my In-Laws who we relocated from Florida. In addition to the studio, the project included a pool and surrounding deck. My wife selected these builders for one reason, Lori Urbano. With any sizeable investment such as this project, you have to have confidence and trust in the builder, we did with Lori from day one. Lori was extremely professional. Her hands-on style and knowledge of the business was reassuring to us. What stood out to me was that over time, Lori became part of our family. She was always respectful, never dismissed any of our suggestions or questions, you could tell that Lori took pride in her work.........It was more than just collecting a check! If all of the above is what you are looking for in a builder, than I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lori Urbano to fulfill your dreams!”

“My experience with Mr. Hernandez was nothing less than perfect. We review the job and the cost and Mr. Hernandez and his team went to work. They did everything they said they would do and more. Each day they left the job site clean and orderly and showed up each day early to get going. We had our deck refinished a few shingles on the roof replaced and some rooted boards replaced. His workers were skilled and cared about doing the job right. Marco showed us where we could get quality materials at prices lower than we could have found on our own. He suggested changes that made the end result better than we had originally envisioned. We ended up with a renovation that we absolutely love, and came in under budget.”

“I am a lifetime customer of Shaw Company because they did an excellent job for me. When my hot water heater broke and completely destroyed my master bath and bedroom, we decided it was time to go ahead and upgrade the original design. I made a call to Shaw Co. and they were there that afternoon with everything needed to begin the drying out process of our disaster. They were very detailed in the removal of anything that may cause future health or structural concerns for my family. Once everything was dry and cleaned up they began to start our remodel. The recommendations that they made were very innovative and once we decided on the direction to go, they were on it. The crew was very conscientious and courteous. More importantly, they finished the project on time and budget. We are extremely pleased with the end result! It's nice to deal with a company that does what they say they are going to do. ”

“Alex Jasso was referred to us by the company that installed our hardwood floors – Alex had done the finish work for the company’s showroom (very good looking!) We had a small project that we needed done which Alex accepted immediately. He was very thorough, while working efficiently. Very happy with the end results – Alex exceeded my expectations. Someone who takes this type care with a small project will likely be a very good resource for larger home improvement / remodeling projects. We will keep Alex Jasso in mind for future projects.”
