“I have renovated many apartments and homes in my day, often with less than helpful contractors. So you can imagine my delight to find Agalliu Contracting after we interviewed many firms. They are determined that you end up with a product that you want. Matt works closely with you to pick out the finishes and determine design. Once we agreed on a price there was no hesitation on their part on what finishes we wanted or design changes that were required. Matt and his dad are truly craftsman and want you to be satisfied. It is not to say we didn’t have a few bumps in the road but they handled them like professionals. Our total kitchen and 2 bathrooms renovation is exactly what we wanted and the price we agreed. Now that’s a great company. I recommend them without hesitation.”

“Oz remodeled our bathroom. I wanted to relocate the tub/shower in our bathroom, and they were the only contractor who didn't try to discourage me with cautionary tales of holes in the basement ceiling, huge additional costs, etc. They succeeded with no problem whatsoever. We had to make a few last minute design decisions after the space was gutted; while my solution was a new one to them, they were respectful of my decision and appreciative of the result! The workmen were very professional, completing the job on time with beautiful results. Their showroom offers materials in a broad range of prices and their designers are helpful and knowledgeable. They had no problem when we wanted to bring in furnishings from other vendors, even offering to pick them up from the point of sale. They have a 3 year warranty and have been back once to correct a problem which arose after the job was complete. They're great!”

“My present home in Carmel, NY is the 8th restoration which I have undertaken--7 of which were historic dwellings, from as early as 1720 and 1740--that included outbuildings as well. The restoration of this c. 1920 cottage was accomplished with the expertise and professionalism of Mr Constantino and the competent sub-contractors which he engaged. Mr Constantino's superb skills as a finish carpenter, tile setter and mason, as well as his innate good taste and technical expertise have produced wonderful results. The project included the almost total re-building of the main house: entry, living room, office-library, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; the fireplace chimney required an interior reconstruction; the large open porch has become a delightful 3-season room; and the separate garage was insulated, sheet-rocked, painted. In addition. It was evident that all of the sub-contractors hold this contractor and his associates in the highest regard. In addition, at the end of each work-day, the job-site was left in mint condition. It would be a privilege to recommend RoSal as an experienced, knowledgeable, reliable and ethical contractor.”
