Premier Remodeling & Design, LLC
Bathroom Remodelers in Marion

“Master Bathroom Remodel - Replacement of shower with plumbing fixtures, wall finishes and flooring. Premier Remodeling took charge of the project and coordinated 7 different trades with virtually no disruption to the household. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The original estimate was a budget for the project - the final billing provided a list of the billings from each trades, supply purchases from each vendor as well as Premier's time and mark up. The process was seamless and easy to understand. Changes made during construction turned into simple decisions in large part due to Premier Remodeling & Design's experience and knowledge. I would recommend this contractor to anyone considering a remodel and I plan on using them for future remodels.”
Mountainwood Homes

“Mountainwood Homes performed magic on our 1986 galley kitchen. On Joel's first visit, he saw what the other contractors missed: what we thought was a bearing wall was only holding up the balcony. Reducing the size of this underused space allowed expansion of the kitchen below and removal of an unnecessary hallway. The dated drop ceiling and recessed light panel were replaced with a vaulted ceiling and hanging track lighting. Even though the original attic space above the range had access to the roof, the hood was not vented. The old electric range had a downdraft that never worked well and a small oven. The new kitchen sports an island gas cooktop, overhead vent with a chimney extending up through the vaulted ceiling, and a 30" wall convection oven. Heather provided great design with granite, backsplash, paint, and fixtures. Cabinetry by Cutting Edge was a perfect fit. We also extended the hardwood flooring into the dining room. The Mountainwood team was flexible as changes were needed, finished the project on time and produced great results.”

“Cashmere Construction transformed our 1950s house into a beautiful modern home. This was not your average remodel. It required all new plumbing, new electrical, and a 1700sq ft addition. The project was completed on time and within our budget. I would highly recommend Cashmere Const. for any job.”

“McKenzie, the project director, was excellent.. He cheerfully dealt with my sometimes difficult dog, explained eery detail of the job, and called me when he or a subcontractor had to be late. He worked rain or shine and the job was finished on time. I will gladly recommend Powell Construction to anyone.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of Ziebart Construction and its owner, Matt Ziebart. He has excellent craftmanship, is very professional, and fair priced! He not only built a beautiful front deck for us, but he improved upon our vision for a deck and built a deck that does an even better job of utilizing the space than we imagined. Also, after doing the demo, when coming across a worse underneath structure of the deck than it had originally appeared, he not only decided to replace the entire underneath structure, but rebuilt it more solidly than before. Additionally, while here, he took care of a gutter problem and, once the job was finished, made sure to take the time to show me how do to maintenance on the desk in order to sustain it. He clearly cares about his craft and his attention to detail was impeccable. Combine that with a friendly disposition and his honesty are reasons I highly recommend Matt Ziebart and his company for your deck!! For further examples of the excellent work, see the before and after photos I’ve included.”

“My wife and I are an older couple needing an easy walk-in shower. After going to home shows and big box stores. We requested Toss the Tub to make a design and an estimate. We also received competitive bids from other companies. We explained our tight budget and requirements. They came to our house and discussed all the aspects of what would need to be done. They provided all the details, materials, and time frames of when things would be done. They also offered to allow us to do some of the finishing items to keep costs down. I explained that I might have to do a portion of the project a piece at a time. They offered financing at real reasonable terms. They also offered to do parts now and later as we could afford it. They are going to replace our tub with a tiled shower, floor and back splash. The final design changed as couple of times but they worked with us each time. The final cost was less than $8000 much less than I expected. I will send pictures when the job is done in August or you can come by and take them we they are working.”
