“Chelsea Construction did a complete kitchen remodel for me. They were prompt and very responsive for any questions and changes I had. They did a marvelous job on the tile floor and the stamped metal ceiling. This is an older home and they had to do extensive wall repair work on lath and plaster walls. Everything came out beautifully. Later I had them back again to do a complete re-do on my backyard, including paver patio and low stone wall. They also had to level the yard and raise the flower beds and install a sprinkler system.”

“We were really fortunate to work with Paula and Marius in the spring of 2017, when we were finally in a position to renovate our extremely dated and not very user-friendly kitchen. Although we had already settled on an overall design, and had some decently solid ideas regarding which IKEA products we wanted, we very much benefitted from Paula's excellent design know-how and helpful ideas for issues we'd yet to resolve, and really appreciated Marius' confirmation that our ideas on paper would work in reality! They truly couldn't have been more helpful, and worked quickly, efficiently, and with the minimum of mess to ensure that our renovation could be completed over the course of one week, which greatly minimized any disruption to our lives. They also knew the best places to source quality countertops, and saved us from a potential multi-week wait for countertops from IKEA. We also appreciated Marius' keen attention to detail, and how he wanted everything to be finished to the highest standard - even ensuring that the holes drilled in our cabinet to accommodate plumbing for the kitchen sink were beautifully finished, despite the fact that they'd almost never be in view. They found great ways to deal with tricky fittings (like getting our range vent to work with our low ceiling), and even figured out a way to turn otherwise wasted space into a perfect shelving system to house our ever-expanding collection of cookbooks. Five years later, and new visitors still ask us if the kitchen is new and who did the renovation! We're really sorry that Paula and Marius are no longer in our area, as they are the first people we thought of as we contemplate our next round of home renovations. He understands how to combine color and texture well, and worked with us, taking into account our preferences and designs in other areas of the house, to create a kitchen design that worked in our home, as well as within our budget! We highly recommend Adam, he and his brother Johnny were here every day as scheduled, and our project came in on time (within his projection) and was on budget. No surprises, Adam was very clear whenever a addition or change would affect the budget. They were very clean, tidying up every day before they left.
