“Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. I am an anxious person and was prepared for a HGTV-style reno nightmare BUT I had so much fun working with them! They touched every room and one year later, everything is still perfect. My kitchen is a show piece. Owen refinished our wood floors beautifully. They took down walls, created an office with a double sided fireplace, and made 3 very dated bathrooms shine. They installed appliances and new water-proof flooring where we didn't have hardwood. They communicated so well, anticipated problems, stayed on a very tight timeline and budget and created a dream house. CONTACT THEM NOW!!!”

“Advance electric is probably one of the best sources for unique and beautiful fixtures in northern Michigan. The staff is very helpful in selection and are generous with photos, printed information, books, etc for borrowing while you make decisions. They always have some beautiful one-of-a-kind things on sale at great prices or you can order most anything you would want.”

“We hired Borchert Building to remodel our kitchen and it was the best decision we ever made. Having had very bad experiences when undertaking other home improvements and not really being sure where to begin, we were apprehensive about choosing a contractor. Borchert was recommended to us by a friend ( Glen Haege, America's Handyman ). From the initial consultation with owners, Denise and Bill, and designer, Mari, to the completion of our beautiful kitchen, Borchert Building put us at ease and exceeded our expectations. They were always available to answer any questions, handled any problems immediately ( there were very few ), cleaned up the work area every night before they left, finished the job on time, and were always professional. All of their sub-contractors were also very knowledgeable and professional. Their job foreman, Jim, was amazing. He kept us informed of every step of the project and went out of his way to do little extra things. We love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Borchert Building to anyone.”

“My husband and I hired Sharer Design Group LLC to remodel our kitchen. They rescued our tot oak kitchen with pink carpet and made it absolutely gorgeous. The whole process was so easy and was completely done in 4 weeks which was completely amazing to us both. Justin made my dreams come true and now I cannot help but spend every chance I get in my kitchen. We would absolutely recommend Sharer Design Group to anyone that wants anything done in there home and can say without a shadow of a doubt that you will not regret it!!!!!!! They are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We cannot thank him enough for our beautiful kitchen!!!!!”
