“Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. I am an anxious person and was prepared for a HGTV-style reno nightmare BUT I had so much fun working with them! They touched every room and one year later, everything is still perfect. My kitchen is a show piece. Owen refinished our wood floors beautifully. They took down walls, created an office with a double sided fireplace, and made 3 very dated bathrooms shine. They installed appliances and new water-proof flooring where we didn't have hardwood. They communicated so well, anticipated problems, stayed on a very tight timeline and budget and created a dream house. CONTACT THEM NOW!!!”

“We LOVE our new shower and bathroom floor! I called several contractors to get a quote on this job. Some never showed up. Some came and measured but never gave us the quote and others had quotes that were unaffordable. Roger came when he said he would and gave us a prompt quote that was very affordable. He helped with the tile selection and made the process enjoyable. He said the job would take one week and it did. His men were very courteous and respectable of our home. They showed up on time everyday. They worked hard and were very particular and precise with their work, always cleaning up at the end of the day. If I needed to call Roger, he would either take my call or tell me he would call right back- and did!! My husband and I would highly recommend Roger and Best Deal Building and Bath. We will definitely use them for any future remodeling needs! Ralph and Lisa”

The staff is very helpful in selection and are generous with photos, printed information, books, etc for borrowing while you make decisions. They always have some beautiful one-of-a-kind things on sale at great prices or you can order most anything you would want.”

“Italy American Construction was exactly the company I was looking for. I was able to deal with the owners directly and was treated like family. I quickly received the feeling they would satisfy my project needs even before any work had started. During the consultation I worked with one of their architects to discuss design ideas and I was able to receive accurate pricing for each idea. The project timing, customer service, and attention to detail was first rate. I was impressed with their ability to make such a large decision seem like a walk in the park. I have referred them to friends and family and they have delivered for them as well. I highly recommend this company.”

“We hired Borchert Building to remodel our kitchen and it was the best decision we ever made. Having had very bad experiences when undertaking other home improvements and not really being sure where to begin, we were apprehensive about choosing a contractor. Borchert was recommended to us by a friend ( Glen Haege, America's Handyman ). From the initial consultation with owners, Denise and Bill, and designer, Mari, to the completion of our beautiful kitchen, Borchert Building put us at ease and exceeded our expectations. They were always available to answer any questions, handled any problems immediately ( there were very few ), cleaned up the work area every night before they left, finished the job on time, and were always professional. All of their sub-contractors were also very knowledgeable and professional. Their job foreman, Jim, was amazing. He kept us informed of every step of the project and went out of his way to do little extra things. We love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Borchert Building to anyone.”

“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail. Nightingale Co is extremely high level and therefore they get my highest level of recommendation!”

“My husband and I hired Sharer Design Group LLC to remodel our kitchen. They rescued our tot oak kitchen with pink carpet and made it absolutely gorgeous. The whole process was so easy and was completely done in 4 weeks which was completely amazing to us both. Justin made my dreams come true and now I cannot help but spend every chance I get in my kitchen.
