“We feel very fortunate to have come in contact with Nina Amouris of At Home with Baystone. We had a pretty extensive remodel of our kitchen, which included the removal of existing cabinets, flooring and removal of part of a load bearing wall to create an open concept. Nina is a professional and her knowledge and experience was evident from the beginning. Nina assisted us in every aspect of this remodel to include the design, new cabinets, hardware, granite countertops, made beautiful with a unique backsplash, sink and appliances. As recommended by Nina, we also added new Karndean design flooring in the kitchen and throughout our living room and hallway. We are very pleased with the beauty of this floor, as well as, its durability. We have received so many compliments with the finished product. Nina was joyful to work with and always available to answer my many questions, most importantly, staying within our budget. We would highly recommend Nina Amouris of At Home with Baystone for your remodel.”

“My husband and I worked with Davis Home Pro on an extensive remodel of our 2,000 sq/ft home in Orinda. We took everything down to the studs and DHP did all new electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring, etc. Everyone we talked to cautioned us that our project would likely go way over budget and way over schedule. To our delight, this was not the case. DHP worked within our budget and provided alternatives when we need to cut costs. They were extremely up front with us from the get go and we knew exactly how much we were spending and when we went over budget it was our choice - not because we were forced into it or misled. Perhaps more importantly (we were expecting our first baby in the middle of this project), they were ON TIME. These two factors make them 5 stars in my opinion. I would say the quality of their work is very high. We have experienced some minor issues, like doors scraping floors or counters needing additional caulking. But DHP was quick to resolve during our 1-year warranty agreement. In addition to all this, Jason, Richard, Pete and team were a pleasure to work with. Extremely pro active and really nice people. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for jobs big and small.”

We remodeled our large master bathroom. In a nutshell: Quartz was everything we hoped for in a contractor/remodeler they were professional courteous kind trustworthy knowledgeable reliable helpful fast easy accessible skilled and great at communicating and cleaning and work unobtrusive. “Modern Green Construction, you guys are just the best. They are a perfect blend of modern and traditional architecture with their professional minds. The remodeling of our home was the main floor being renovated to accommodate two bedroom suits, a media center and a kitchen. The second floor had kids bedrooms, bathrooms, and a very large game room, with amazing soundproofing and acoustic treatment. We are so lucky that we met them, got to experience their service and the price was so great. They did their job within the time frame.”

“We contacted Tinka Construction for an estimate to remodel our bathroom. George gave us an estimate that was fair and complete, so we moved forward signing a contract. The demolition started a few weeks later and what was striking was all the workers were careful and respectful of both our privacy and property. Even though there were a few surprises along the way, George worked very hard to keep the budget on track. He was able to guide us where to purchase all the fixtures, tile and other supplies and then picked up all the materials so that it gave us some ease around the whole project. We are completely pleased with our bathroom and ended up adding a kitchen counter/ sink replacement which was equally seamless. We actually wanted to keep our original tile in the kitchen, and while other contractors told us it was impossible, George figured out how to do it. Well done! In addition, George is a very genuine, caring contractor whom we feel completely confident recommending. He looks for solutions that make sense, are economically feasible and beautify your home.”

“During the rebuilding of my home, I first felt scared to see the walls come down, but TekHome explained everything to me, every week, what was coming next, great communications. They even gave us options of the best energy efficient materials available today and sometimes came shopping with us. TekHome listened to what I wanted and produced it. Things went smoothly getting permits, working with our architect, helping us select a gas fireplace, they built a mantel for us just like a picture in a magazine I provided, beautiful lighting, electronics galore, and Brazilian cherry wood floor.
