“We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “After 50 years and many house remodeling experiences, Brandon Scherling is without doubt the best I have ever had. He listens to what you want, makes as many (or as few) suggestions as you want, pays attention to costs and is personally engaging. Best of all, he comes every day, on time, and if he can't make it, he calls to let you know why. He generally prefers to work 6 hours per day: 9 to 3 or 4, but in that time he gets as much done as most contractors in 8 or more. His subcontractors all have worked with him for some time and all work together well. Most important, they do a great job, paying attention to the small details and the large ones. I recommend him without question. Our project was a total kitchen remodel, including floor, walls, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, demolition of old kitchen. Price was reasonable: not the lowest, but also not the highest. He did not start the project until all supplies were available and on site, so once begun, he worked continuously until finishing 6 weeks later.”

“attic+earth HOME has worked with me on 5 custom projects for my house thus far ( a small table, a serving tray, a towel rack, a king size headboard/footboard, and a barn door). Ron's quality and professionalism has always been top-notch. Very easy to work with and quick turnaround time for being a custom wood craftsman. The barn door project we did together really brought an incredible final touch to a master bathroom renovation that I did back in the spring of 2019. They have become my "go-to" designers and builders. I highly recommend working with attic+earth Home if you are looking for quality rustic / shabby sheek projects and decor!”

“We had some molding and water damage in our basement shower. After scrubbing down, steaming and bleaching we decided it was time to replace the entire thing. Considering my budget I was concerned we wouldn't be able to afford a contractor. My husband found Adonis through a mutual friend. I contacted Jordan and he came the next day to do a wallk through. We discussed our options and decided to completely re-tile the shower. He worked with us diligently to locate not only the most affordable yet beautiful tile in our budget, but we were also able to finance the project through Adonis. The entire process from start to finish was less than a week! I am beyond pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism of this company.”

“I would recommend Conrad Kitchen, Bath and remodeling to anyone needing remodeling done in their home. Dale Conrad designed for us a kitchen and bath, assisted us in choosing all of our finishes and products, and used his years of experience to create for us a fabulous kitchen and bath. Dale came up with storage and lighting solutions that we had not considered. Our projects were done within about two weeks of the original time frame given. They were big projects and the workers were able to make it easy to live in our home during the construction. It was a pleasure working with everyone.”

“This young company is off to a great start and has a number of significant projects under their belt. They provide both design and construction services and are superb at finding just the right products. Every project has unexpected surprises when walls are opened up - they step right up to the plate and deal with them and do it right. You get a lot for your $$s since they do not have the overhead of expensive advertising. They are trustworthy and I highly recommend them.”

“I enjoyed working with Huges for a number of reasons. They took the time to look at the space, listen to my concerns and ideas, and then help refine them to address what my vision of the space could be. An example would be in remodeling the kitchen we did not have a dishwasher but with a review of the space we were able to add the dishwasher and include a new drawer unit as well. The workers also addressed some small details that were not even discussed originally - they made our mover the range microwave look built. They also corrected a problem with a new cabinet that was installed that backed up to an existing cabinet (you could see the back of the new cabinet and open space that caused an awkward drop. They looked at the problem and solved it without any problem, complaint, or extra cost. We were able to stay within our budget. The end result of the whole kitchen remodel gave us what we wanted and opened up a small kitchen. We liked them so well that they are going to be working on our next project – our bathroom. We are just wrapping up the details and are looking forward to a completely new bathroom.”

His knowledge, attention to detail, planning and understanding of the appropriate utilization of space in a home make relying on his expertise a real pleasure when you see the result! Sam reconstructed a very challenging, large custom vanity that my wife found on Houzz to the "T" and actually improved upon the design in the process. it involved a total of 10 separate mirrors and 10 speparte cabinetsa that all came together perfectly. The finished product was a real work of art!”

“Copperleaf Design was a pleasure to work with during our Master Bath remodel. All employees and contractors that we dealt with were professional and very personable.
