“Fact is, these guys saved the day. Arrived promptly when I noticed my ceiling was bubbling/leaking water. Not the kind of thing you want to come home to ever but when it happens you want someone like these guys to step in and knock it out. They dealt with the insurance company which I liked because the lady was jumping on my last nerve. Professionals, high tech equipment used to secure the scene. “JKL Dev't replaced two fireplaces - one inside and one outside - at my residence and did some cosmetic work on the house. His employees and his subcontractors all were resectful of me and my property. They made sure to leave the worksite clean when the day's work was completed. Jeff's prices for the projects he did were within standards for the high quality of work performed. I would certainly recommend Jeff's skills to a friend or relative and I will use his services again.”

“We hired Willbanks Design to help us design, order and install the cabinets for a complete kitchen remodel. Buddy Cormier did a great job helping us select the wood (cherry!), door style and overall layout. When the cabinet company began to pull back from doing business in Nevada in the middle of our cabinet order, Buddy kept us informed and made sure that our order was grandfathered in and delivered as promised. Willbanks charged us what they had estimated and didn't nickel and dime us with extras. They even had to custom build a cabinet that the cabinet manufacturer had failed to deliver, and it looks exactly like the others. We ordered 2 glass doors for the hutch, and wanted to install custom glass. Months after the kitchen was complete I finally bought the glass we wanted. Although Willbanks Design had already been paid in full and our project was complete, they added the glass to the doors, brought them to our house and installed them with no added charge. We can't say enough about the Willbanks Design cabinet installer, Jorge, who did an absolutely spectacular job. He worked around our slanted ceilings, had to customize a number of cabinets, and gave us valuable input on the ideal size and placement of the new island. He was a superstar!”

“This outfit came to my house and gave me a detailed presentation of costs and timing. They even met with me at the store to pick out my tile. The project manager, Tom, was honest, helpful and continually asking me if I was satisfied with the work. The follow-up by Tom was great. His subs were clean, neat and pleasant to work with. My project was a two-bathroom remodel from the studs out. I am satisfied with the final product and will call them again when I start my next home improvement---my kitchen. “Amos Tile LV LLC is the best. Our three bathrooms remodels went flawless, from start to finish. The price was what I would expect for a job of this size. They communicated with us several times daily to let us know the status, and to see if we had any questions or concerns. The workers were always on time. They were all very professional and polite, and we were very impressed with the quality of their work. They kept the job site dust as contained to the area as possible, and finished right on time. “We simply cannot recommend LIA Construction (especially Eric Mizrahi) more highly. We have remodeled other homes in other locations over the years, and none of these projects have gone as smoothly or painlessly as has our current remodel in Summerlin under the supervision of Eric Mizrahi. Eric has a great eye for detail and design. He also is quick to make suggestions that achieve the effects we were going for by less expensive means. He vets his staff carefully, and every single person who has shown up to work on our project at his behest from the general helpers to the stone artisans have been knowledgeable, hardworking, punctual, and respectful. Our project included adding stonework to two full fireplace walls as well as upgrading floors, changing cabinet colors, and coordinating modifications to accommodate new kitchen appliances. The living room stone project morphed into a much larger project than originally planned, and the results are a spectacular floor-to-ceiling work of art which we are thrilled to be able to gaze upon each day. Stonemaster Arbey is so meticulous and artistic about how he places each part of each slab so that it makes a cohesive design that we only half-jokingly asked him to sign his work in the lower right corner like an Old Master painting. Eric stays on top of everything and is very accommodating, patient, and flexible as smaller related projects crop up along the process. He also has all kinds of good resources for other needs like housecleaning, duct cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, cabinet makers, etc. As relative newcomers to Las Vegas, Eric has saved us a lot of time and headache by pointing us in the direction of other service professionals who he has already vetted, and each person he has recommended has turned out to be a winner. Eric has earned our trust and undying gratitude for making this process so much less stressful than such projects we have tackled in the past. He is “good people,” and he uses only “good people” on his projects, and the end result of our project exceeds all expectations. We’re fans for life!”
