“This is my second review for Kitchens By Frankie: #1: WRITTEN MARCH 2017 Kitchens by Frankie defines excellence. They are experts in kitchen (and bathroom) installations and customer service. They have now contracted two kitchens for me. One small-one medium. The cabinets I purchased look great...the installation is pristine...and they did it on time and on budget. No surprises what-so-ever. They guided me through the myriad of decisions I needed to make in a timely and informative manner. Frankie (personally) gave me all the time I needed to review his designs and make comments. My comments were masterfully turned into revisions that addressed the issue. If you want an intelligently and beautifully designed kitchen, talk to these guys. Frankie took my vision and gave me a functional and comfortable of kitchen of which I am proud. Thanks to Frankie and his crew! REVIEW #2 (APPROX 2013): Kitchens by Frankie is fantastic. All the cautions and warnings about NYC contractors from friends and family were not necessary. There were no hassles or surprises. From design to installation, Frankie (in the flesh) advised and supervised the entire job. He recommended trades people. He has installers at the ready. His granite fabricator was competitively priced and a true master stone mason. Most important, this was a challenging NYC kitchen. About 10' X 10'. It needed to be functional and good looking. I got that and more. I now have spice racks, lazy susan, and a place for everything. It looks fantastic. Were there a few hitches, sure. They were unavoidable and Frankie (again in the flesh) resolved the issues economically and they caused little delay. I am used to complaining about vendors in sites like this (Houzz)...I am thrilled to share this success with you all. The job is glorious, competitively priced and went painlessly.
