“Roanoke Landscapes turned my "heavily treed landscape" into an oasis of sunlit beauty. After 30 years of living in the forest which had grown to impinge on my house, I asked Roanoke Landscapes to evaluate and recommend a solution. The result is a beautiful, easy to maintain surroundings for my home. It still blends into the wooded surroundings, but now has enough sunshine to grow plants. We "hardscaped" to form terraced grassy accents and built many wonderful retaining walls. I had many ideas from my travels and lots of pictures of what I liked. The staff accommodated my ideas into the design and the result is awesome. One feature is a Water Fall that is located just outside my screened porch. There are pictures on this site of my landscape. The owners actually work with their staff on site. All are professional, respectful and efficient. Also they continue to provide service (on request) as needed to maintain the landscape. Please note that my project was very large and was done over a 9 month period thus the cost as stated below.”

“I saw Creations Unlimited truck working in my neighborhood on October 23rd; I stopped and talked to one of the men; I told him I needed 3 Rhododendron stumps removed; he went to his truck got Kenny's number and gave it to me. I called Kenny and he came to my house within 3 hours. Today October 24th the stumps have been removed, less than 24 hours. Kenny quoted a price for the removal of the stumps, he came down on his price because the job was less labor intense than he thought. He was efficient and honest in his pricing, we will hire him again. Mary Jo and Bernie Roberson”

“Mark Maslow and the Southern Landscaping Group are the best company to work with. They are professional from start to finish. Mark met with us initially in spring of 2011. We wanted a patio with a firepit. Mark created a comprehensive plan that incorporated all our needs and desires. HIs design fit in perfectly with our family and lifestyle. Andy was the main contractor on site. His attention to detail is unbelievable and his team was incredible. They have a very high work ethic... always on time, cleaned up everything at the end of each day and left me a detailed note of what had been accomplished. Southern Landscaping also went beyond their duties.. they let my children on the worksite when it was safe, answered all their questions and even helped them plant blackberry bushes one weekend. Mark continued to check in with us even months after the project was complete to make sure everything was to our expectations. It was way beyond!!!! (See enclosed photos) We have since had them complete another landscaping project for us in Spetmeber of 2012. I have recommended SLG to many of my friends who have also had similar experiences and results.”

“A Great Scape has worked on several home projects for me with their most recent being the largest, a pool project. The pool project included the pool house, paver decking, landscaping and lighting. In addition they have installed paver sidewalks, paver patios, landscaping and river rock along our paved driveway. The quality of their work has always been excellent and aesthetically pleasing in complementing our house.”
