    “We have been working with Eric & his crew on several projects & everything he has done turned out great! He put in all our outdoor lighting covering 2 acres, hi lighting trees & special features - it is beautiful! Eric cleaned up work we had done by another landscaper & improved the drip system, replacing our lawn with plants, hard scape & a gas fire pit! Eric doesn't sell he simply does! Will always call for any future projects.”

    “Ashley Farrell was chosen for our landscape project out of a group of five landscapers that we interviewed. She was the most engaged in our project and her pricing was the fairest out of all of them. Her experience was also a very high factor in our consideration of landscapers. We knew going into this major project that it would be a long term job. We had an acre that had to be made beautiful. First, we had to have everything torn out. Then the hard scape had to done, all new patios, new driveway, retaining walls, remodeled pool etc. Ashley worked as our co-ordinator on everything for us and kept us all sane. Ashley was also the only landscaper that we interviewed that was also hands on. She was there everyday and worked as much or more, with her fabulous crew. Phase two is probably going to start in late winter when she transforms our lower lot into a beautiful 20' X 20' fruit and vegetable garden. All in all we were and are very pleased with Ashley.”

    “We hired Greg to help us create a vision for the landscaping around our newly constructed home. He developed a design for us that took into account our budget and our ideas but most importantly, one that was based on his extensive knowledge of the plants in our area and his excellent sense of esthetics. We were fortunate enough to have built a 2200 square foot home on a twenty acre hilltop in central California with expansive views of oak and chaparral dotted rolling hills. We had no idea how to go from final grading to landscaping. Greg's vision was clear: Use native plants and drought tolerant Mediterranean plants that will make this site blend with what is all around us. He drew a design plan and worked with us to manifest it. Greg is professional, knowlegable and organized. He has offered ongoing help and consultation as we have moved forward with the plan. I recommend him without hesitation.”

Jon has great vision for design, expert craftsmanship, and was dedicated to help us create a plan to suit our space and budget. Our project included a retaining wall, water-wise landscaping, garden beds, and a custom designed art studio/shed. It was a pleasure working with Landwell Design and we are delighted with our functional and beautiful outdoor space.     “I am so pleased with the landscaping work that Family Tree and Garden has performed in both my front and backyards. The transformation is amazing. Lawns and junipers were pulled out in both areas and new, beautiful drought resistant plants and bushes were planted and are doing superbly. A well thought out plan was drawn and the placement of the plants was aesthetically stunning. A new drip system was installed, a redwood container garden was built, a gazebo was installed, stepping stones were placed perfectly, a water feature was installed, baskets were placed around plants to guard against gophers, bricks were installed around plants in the driveway area to prevent bark run off, and boulders were used to give the gardens an attractive look. All work was completed on time, invoices were prepared in a timely manner, and the estimated costs were adhered to with no hidden charges or fees. I had many estimates and plans discussed with other companies but none came close to the quality of Family Tree and Garden. The types of plants used are interesting and hardy and we always get compliments from many people who walk by our house. I'd recommend this company highly!”

    “Trace is a very talented landscape designer and a very, very nice person. We had a large area of grass that we wanted removed and converted into a natural looking area with native grasses and plants. She chose a beautiful variety of plants along with olive trees and created a wonderful "natural" garden area. We have used her for several other smaller projects--a succulent garden, various planters--and will continue to do so. Our only issue was her underestimating the amount of labor required on the large project. With plants and materials she is always spot-on. Her crews are hard-working and we are always happy with the results.”
