“Joe and his team installed a natural retaining "wall" system in my back yard. I put quotes around the word wall because it is not a wall at all. Using tons and tons of large boulders, Joe built a natural rock landscape that is holding up a large hillside of trees and soil. The original wood retaining wall system spanned 10 feet from the bottom of my yard to the top of the wall and had begun to fail, necessitating a new wall. After months of dealing with landscapers who wanted to install industrial strength, and industrial ugly, walls at a significant cost, we decided to work with Joe. The result is remarkable both structurally and aesthetically. It is truly something you would advertise as part of the reason to buy the house. And the other contractors were flakes compared to Joe. Not only did the boulders work out great but Joe worked a waterfall feature in to the design as well as natural steps for access to the top of the yard. You really have to see pictures to do it justice.”

“We worked with Aaron Raines with Live Green Landscapes to build a 50' long dry stack bluestone wall with evergreen plantings to screen our house from our neighbor's driveway. After receiving multiple bids, Live Green was not the lowest (never go with the low bid) but was middle of the road. They did a phenomenal job with the construction as well as sending updated construction photos as they were completing the work while we were on vacation. The plantings they provided have flourished and we have received numerous compliments on the quality and appearance of the overall product. Aaron has always made himself accessible if we have questions and we would definitely highly recommend Live Green Landscaping to others.”

“Vicki and Garner Exteriors were terrific! We had two flower beds (one hillside), the plants to go in them, and no idea how to proceed. Vicki came out, took a look at what we had, listened and took into consideration our thoughts and visions, and got to work. Rather than spend (waste) time with plans (blueprints), Vicki came with her crew and personally placed the plants, bushes, boulders and oversaw the job to completion. I really appreciated her design skills - her "eye" - for how the plants would look their best. Vicki and Garner Exteriors were great and so easy to work with. And we have beautiful front landscaping!”

“We hired Bella Terra Landscapes to build a hardscape front patio on our home. The owner, Mike Schimmel, came to our home to give us an estimate and right away we were impressed with his presentation of ideas for the patio. He gave us a little background of his company and we were equally impressed with the fact that he and his staff, on a regular basis, keep their certifications current and attend classes in the field to always provide for new and innovative ideas and techniques. Mike sent a 4-man crew to our home and each member of that crew was dressed in uniform provided by Bella Terra. Mike would show up everyday at our home and discuss the plan for the day with the crew. Each guy knew their daily role and they hardly took break. Each member of the crew took pride in their work, checking and rechecking each move they made. The finished product was spectacular!! We have gotten so many compliments from neighbors on the job --- and we have given out the 8 business cards Mike left for us to neighbors who are now interested in having Bella Terra doing some work for them. Overall, Mike and Bella Terra Landscapes is a great company, with a great crew!! Mike was always available and returned our calls in a timely manner. You really get what you pay for with Bella Terra Landscapes. We highly recommend this company for any of your hardscape needs!! We would hire this company again in a heart beat!!
