The initial estimate came in higher than we wanted to spend. But, we were willing and able to do some of the work ourselves. So, working with Luke and Melody, we agreed on the segments of work we would do (a lot of manual labor!) and what they would do (all the stuff that took expertise and experience!), and we agreed on a price that worked for everybody. Luke and Melody were great to work with, very flexible, extremely transparent in their estimates, and have continued to stand behind their work. Their employees were diligent, thorough, and left our property in organized and good shape at the end of each day. Now, besides having a beautiful landscape, our home was also recognized April, 2017 by Atascadero Mutual Water Company with a 1st place in the category Professional Turf Conversion.
