Oh my. I wasn’t expecting a good experience, much less a great one, when I went looking for a dining room chandelier. I went to Dominion Electric in Chantilly on a Saturday. They looked real busy. I signed in to get help and was surprised when one of the sales persons said hi to me and they would be with me as soon as possible. A few minutes later, Mary called my name and quickly got me heading in the right direction. They had tons of chandeliers hanging in the clean showroom, but I wanted something more unusual and Mary helped me find the right one. We ordered it and it was delivered to my house for free on one of their trucks. They even recommended a great company to hang it for me. Great, no exceptional experience from beginning to end. I’m going back for my other fixture needs.

She was very generous with her time throughout the planning process, visiting our home, meeting us in the showroom, and helping us understand the latest technologies and best possible solution. Her recommendations for the proper lighting fixtures, and the layout/placement necessary to achieve the look and feel we wanted, was invaluable. We just finished our project and the effect of the recessed lighting used to graze our new stone wall is outstanding – exactly what we were hoping for, and we couldn’t be happier! I have been working with Dominion Electric for over 10 years. They have the best designers who listen to what I want and make excellent recommendations. I find their pricing to be very fair and in fact a bit lower than other places. They always have such a wide selection at their showrooms but if they don't have what I'm looking for there, the salesperson spends hours pouring through catelogues with me and/or recommends websites for me to look at on my own. The staff is very knowledgeable and in fact the person I work with has been with the company for over 20 years. Highly recommend!
