“I'm very cynical when considering to hire on contractor for their services, but I've experienced exceptional results recently when I decided to award Integrity Pools the contract to remodel our swimming pool. From the initial consultation, throughout the work process, to the final day, and the follow up by management after the project was complete deserves nothing but a 5 star rating. I would highly, highly recommend them for anyone looking at a pool remodel project.”

“I would rate the pool construction portion from estimation through pool being ready to go probably around a 4.5. The actual pool construction and production of the pool itself was right on time / on schedule. It is running great and easy to maintain. We chose a chlorinated pool. I think where Hauk has some issues is all the other things around the pool... the other subcontractors actually do good work too and they recommended working with some good people but the management of closing out the work is rough / left up to us. I would highly recommend demanding a larger final payment upon completion of a punch list. Once final payment was made it seemed the other items left on the list became an afterthought. We had an outdoor kitchen added as well as a covered patio. It looks great now except for where stain was dripped on the coping and light oil from the saws stained the coping. We started the pool June 19th. I think today we are having the final items worked on (Dec 9th). (electrical plug loose, seams in concrete not filled) I am updating because they finally came back and finished up. I am still torn between a 3.5 and 4.0. However, they seem determined to make sure everything is right.”

“Weisz Selection did an outstanding job for us. They built a bathhouse/sauna/wet bar/storage house/entertainment area, and it not only functions as designed, but it was built well and is beautiful too. Weisz Selections understood what we wanted from the start of the project and they incorporated items that you simply can't buy at the local hardware store. They 100 yr old barn wood, and an old military barracks style bathroom sink, and had doors and cabinets custom build from antique materials that give give our outdoor area an impossible-to-duplicate, unique feels. Absolutely thrilled with their work. Service was great. One of the custom made doors swelled after installation- They came out and fixed it, no questions asked, even after the final check was paid many months ago. I was worried about service after the sale, but they seem intent to please, even though their contractual obligations were completed many months ago. Only negative: our project was behind schedule, almost from the beginning, but I wouldn't necessarily blame that on Weisz Selections, as we also built a pool at the same time, and that project contained the deck pour, which was delayed because of problems with our pool contractor.”

“Since moving to Texas, I have realized that having a pool is a necessity. I didn’t just want any pool; I wanted one that was functional for my family, yet truly beautiful to look at. Peter helped me achieve that goal. He was able to meld my desire for a particular outdoor aesthetic with the practicality of a family pool and outdoor living space. Whether you are building a home or a pool, it can get very stressful. Peter and his team were extremely responsive to every one of my concerns, regardless of how nit-picky they were. In fact, it was so refreshing to find someone who appreciated my attentiveness to detail and even matched it! His troubleshooting skills are also remarkable and he will assume accountability for the entire project. If something isn’t done the right way- he will get someone to make it right- or he will fix it himself. Building the pool and outdoor living space was a big financial expense, but I feel that Pure Design created a beautiful and unique space that will hopefully increase the value of our home. The intangible rewards of watching your children truly enjoy the outdoor space and making lasting family memories are priceless. I highly recommend Pure Design if you are looking to build a dream outdoor living space.”
