I first contacted this company for an estimate for my home office. The estimator arrived exactly when he said he would. He took all measurements and listened to my needs. Within a few days he had several proposals ready for me to review in the office in 3D. Tweaks were made, a contract signed and installation scheduled. The crew arrived 5 minutes early on installation day and worked all day until completion. The project was perfect! So much so, that 2 months later I contacted the estimator again for 2 more estimates, a closet and a breakfast nook. Again, he was on-time, and quickly put together several options. A contract was signed and installation scheduled. The crew scheduled for 9:00 arrived at 9:10AM, extremely apologetic for being late! (That's not late in my book!) Again, they completed both projects in one day, and everything is perfect! If I come up with any additional projects, this is the company I will use.

I love the Belle Dangles line of jewelry organizers! I had initially purchased a wall-mounted style for my daughter's tiny college apartment bedroom, and she loved it. She's a tidy kid, so being able to save space and keep her accessories organized makes sense. I've now gotten a few of the newer style (jewelry stand) that sits on a dresser or counter top to give as Christmas gifts this year. It holds more stuff and not everyone can put things on the walls like my daughter did. Of course, I practiced "one for you, one for me" when I ordered the new ones. Not waiting for Christmas though. I'm using it already and love it!

I met with Jeff and Mona Sparks at a home show in Orlando several years ago and always liked their offering to update and utilize my kitchen for better storage capacity. In 2012, I arranged a time for Jeff to visit my home and do measurements and provide a presentation on their shelves. I found the cost to be very reasonable. In addition, I found Jeff's product knowledge to be very reassuring, and he was definitely interested in designing a functional shelving layout and fulfilling my needs. He even recommended that I NOT do shelves in certain areas as he did not believe that the benefit outweighed the cost. We agreed to a contract, and a few weeks later, the new shelves were installed. The installer did a great job, was very courteous, and cleaned up after the work was done. I see Jeff and Mona from time to time at the home shows and I would highly recommend their services-they have helped my kitchen to be a much more organized entity. No regrets in using Shelf Genie!

Sabine Lay has organized my closet on more than one occasion. She comes with fresh ideas, and a friendly professional disposition. She even came out with me shopping for unique items to keep my closet organized once she was done. Not only did my closet look amazing, and organized, I was excited to go in my closet in the morning and find outfits with ease. The best thing about her technique is that I was able to sustain it for a long time. If you have a lot of clothes, shoes and accessories like I do, and want to refresh your wardrobe, before you go and buy another piece, call Sabine!

I moved to the Winter Haven area about 2 ½ years ago. I downsized from a large house to a condo and, shortly after the move, also lost my Mother. I am normally a very organized person, but found myself overwhelmed with tons of boxes of paperwork and items that I had not yet found the time or energy to unpack. I really needed help going through everything this time. I’m so glad I found Nicole. She is truly a lifesaver. I immediately felt at ease with Nicole, as if we had known each other for years. She is very professional and trustworthy, but more importantly, she is kind and non-judgmental. She focuses on the task at hand and doesn’t get sidetracked. She helps you put systems in place to get organized and stay organized. Our first project was to tackle the office and all that paperwork. Nicole quickly helped me sort through TONS of boxes of paperwork – both mine and my Mother’s. We organized all the documents and office supplies and set up a complete filing system. We have completed projects in other areas of the house as well, including several closets and storage areas. We have made tremendous progress and I plan to continue having Nicole assist me with the remainder of my projects until everything is complete.
