“We recently moved into an 1898 Queen Anne Victorian in San Francisco which had no real closet space. During remodeling, we cannibalized a small bedroom and made a master bedroom walk in closet. We shopped locally and online for a closet system as custom a design as possible AND wanted real wood, NOT plastic covered particle board. Custom wood cabinet makers were prohibitively expensive...LUNDIA was a great alternative. We worked with Lynn at LUNDIA for our design and ordering options. She could not have been more patient with our numerous telephone calls and emails. She was clearly as interested as we were in making sure the design, appearance, function and price of the closet system was appropriate to the space and our remodel as possible. It helped greatly to know what your closet needs are for hanging vs. shelving space. The LUNDIA design, function and pricing was comparable to the many closet system company options except the LUNDIA closet system is all wood. The finished product (ours was cherry stained) is clearly well made, engineered, inspected and without defects-- the packaging of the entire system was itself remarkable. Assembly was not difficult though we went slowly to measure out even shelf spacing. The finished product looks great, is sturdy and remarkably functional. Don't forget to ask for closed end panels for the closet sides to the open shelving, though the design team will undoubtedly suggest this as an option. Very happy overall with LUNDIA !”

“I was satisfied with the sales service, the cost, the production and the final product. My sales person Laura was professional and patient. She designed a personalized walk in closet for us. The cost was reasonable, competitive to most place i compared to. The production team was fine, but I didn't like them poking around my bedroom. The final product turned out beautiful. Although there was one missing piece, Laura came back to fix it within a week. Overall I was satisfied with them, I'd recommend them to others.”

“I needed to upgrade the closet doors in my home and compared Interior Door and Closet Company (ID&CC) to a competitor after receiving both of their fliers in the mail. The representative ID&CC sent out do the estimate was highly superior to that of the competitor. He knew the product well, could describe what kind of wood they used, the process for building the doors, and timing on delivery. I almost felt like it was his own company vs. the competitor who seemed more like a sales guy who didn't really understand much detail about the product. The ID&CC rep gave me a fair estimate and didn't try to upsell me. I ended up getting the mirrored doors framed by wood - they are so elegant and I get so many compliments on them. The installation team that came to install the doors was super professional, thorough, and left everything clean. I am super happy that I chose this company as they deliver a quality product and excellent customer service. I had never heard of them prior to getting their flier in the mail and checking Yelp reviews. I don't give a 5-star recommendation out very easily. I paid a little bit more to use this company but I am someone who puts a high value on quality and customer service. You get what you pay for!”

After measuring and our initial meeting, Michael created the perfect design that would work for all my clothes, bags and shoes. I found The Closet Guys' price to be reasonable and fair. Before hiring Michael, I did my homework and met with two other closet companies - and I found both their estimates to be very high. One showed up an hour late and the other forgot to bring a measuring tape to measure! I am a single man, still fully employed, with very little predictable free time to arrange for contractors and repairmen to come to my home for estimates or to do the job. Jacqui takes care of all of that, from a major roof reconstruction to find and repair a leak, locating the right person to make a custom bed for me based on my personal preferences and only a photo of one that I had seen in Europe, multiple routine repairs which come up all the time in a house which is now 16 years old, and help with design questions and then going out to find the samples that I would get to approve.
