“My wife and I chose Dreamstyle Remodeling to do a remodel of our study. From our very first meeting with Matt Mossman, our sales lead, to the final signoff by Bill MacManaway, the overall manager, our experiences with Dreamstyle couldn't have been more satisfying and pleasant. Everyone we encountered were professionals, who took great pride in their work and demonstrated an in-depth knowledge and expertise. Our study is now our favorite room in our custom built home. Since this was our first remodel we were a bit uncertain as to the processes and procedures to be followed; Matt took us step-by-step through the process and clearly explained how this would work. Amy Ross, our designer, took our conceptual ideas and gave us an excellent, 3D rendition of what our new study would look like. Matt and Amy then assisted us in picking out the materials and products to be used. Brandon Baca and Kevin Newman, our construction team, turned those images and our conceptual idea a reality and quite honestly a work of art. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of these two young men. After three days of being with them and available for questions we gave them a gate code to our community, a garage opener, keys to our house and their own security code. For nearly 5 weeks we never worried once about the honest and integrity of this outstanding team...and that peace of mind alone made picking Dreamstyle Remodeling the right choice!! Along the way they made really great suggestions which made our remodel even more of a success and further ensured our happiness with the end product. Dreamstyle uses a managed approach, which means while Brandon and Kevin did a majority of the work unsupervised; Orlando Lucero, their supervisor, made periodic visits to ensure satisfactory work was being performed and ensured all of his team's questions were answered. Bill MacManaway also made a couple of visits to follow-up on work being done. The bottom line to all of this...this was a team effort from start to finish. While perhaps Dreamstyle was a bit little bit more expensive than some others...the workmanship, quality of products, work ethic, supervision, and overall, outstanding end result made Dreamstyle the perfect choice for our remodeling project...we couldn't be happier or more pleased.”

“We initially hired Case Design/Remodeling to refinish a full bathroom, convert our old kitchen into a mudroom and redo our front door and closet. The end result was fantastic. Our Project Designer, Michael O'Hearn and Project Manager, Kevin Morrissey, really made the process enjoyable. For the front door, they had to take out brick to add a door with sidelights and move a closet. They matched the brick perfectly and the floor were redone so well that you could never tell what were the old floors and what was new. Our new mudroom is amazing. We use it every day and they suggested great ideas to ensure maximum storage for our family of five. The old bathroom got a complete makeover and came out beautifully. They helped us select fixtures that would fit the space, tile that matched our style and colors that brought the whole room together. I was impressed with the focus on customer satisfaction, the constant communication and the end result. The changes really transformed our property. They worked around our crazy schedule with three young children and a couple of animals thrown into the mix. I particularly appreciated the attention they paid to ensuring that they followed all safety regulations (e.g. mitigating lead paint issues) while ensuring we still had access to the majority of our home. We used Case a second time when remodeling our powder room after our sink with corroded water valves started to fail. We took advantage of their Bath Design package that allows homeowners to select from three style and investment options to maximize value and style. Now, all our friends comment on the transformation of our home and we couldn't be more pleased.”

“We recently had our new Laguna Woods home renovated by Treeium. After an initial rocky start with a person no longer with the company, owner Moty Ginsburg had Ron Admony take over as our Project Manager and he has been excellent to work with, diligent in keeping our project on track and has been completely honest with us in all our dealings. The project is completed and we are very happy with the results. We had Treeium add a walk-in shower in one bathroom and make the second into an on-suite master bath. In addition, they created a laundry closet and opened up the kitchen to allow for a large refrigerator with custom cabinets. To accomplish this they needed to demolish walls, borrow into the slab for new drainage, create two new walk-in showers and a new master closet. They installed a beautiful glass bowl vanity and custom linen closet in the master bathroom with glass tiles in the shower and along the back of the vanity. With Ron at the helm and a very able crew, including Luis, Arturo, Juan and Alex, they were able to get the project to a stage where we could move in on time and then they completed the last stages of the project without delay. We have received many compliments on how the project turned out and everyone who sees it agrees that Treeium did a great job. I am attaching photos so you can see the results, however, they do not do it justice. We highly recommend Ron Admony and Treeium to do your next project. Not only will they handle your project with professionalism, they understand how important this is to you and treat you and your property with respect.”

“When my wife and I first began the process of remodel our bathroom, the job seemed absolutely daunting. How in the world would we be able to get all the tile, cabinets, knobs, etc. coordinated? We went to several contractors and after our meetings we both still felt confused. All that changed 5 minutes after meeting the owner of Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. Hakan Boke, the company owner, walked us through the entire process, from picking out the cabinet type and color to coordinating the shower and bathroom tile with the granite counter-top to picking out the type and color of cabinet knobs and handles. His showroom displayed beautiful examples of remodeled bathrooms and it was a simple matter of choosing from the samples. Hakan went out of his way to answer all our questions and to accommodate our schedule. Because all the various personnel work for him (painters, carpenters, dry-wallers, plumbers, glass shower door folks, granite installers, etc.) he was able to schedule all the work in an efficient manner. Well into the work I asked him if he would paint the master bedroom and closet, thinking he'd come back months after the master bathroom was completed to do the job. To my surprise, he arranged for the painting to be completed within the schedule for the master bathroom. During the shower demolition, the plumber noticed the wood under the shower floor had water damage. Instead of covering up the damage and continuing, the plumber notified Hakan. Hakan told him to replace the entire shower floor area. This additional labor/parts cost me nothing. Hakan's all about quality and customer satisfaction. Hakan visited our home every day during the project to ensure we were happy with the progress. Any issues--very few--were fixed to our satisfaction quickly. He also guarantees his work for 2 years. The cabinets were delivered to our house in the time frame that was estimated. My husband did all the installation of the cabinetry, and S&W was very helpful with questions he had during installation.
