“Two projects nicely completed in our home. Solar tube skylight does excellent job of lighting a previously dark corner. Penetration sealing and additional insulation (to R38) in attic greatly improves previous 'chilly' locations. LED floodlights much nicer than previous 'too white' incandescent lamps. CEC installation crew highly competent and friendly folks. Meticulous cleanup at job completion. Installation of 60 gal hybrid heat pump water heater was more complex than expected because existing mounting platform in garage was too small. Plumber hired by CEC constructed additional 30" x 30" wood frame for 760 lb load. Also drilled hole through house stucco for heat pump condensate drain line. Plumber did superb job and there was no extra cost to us. In hybrid mode at 120 °C we are impressed with this water heater - the heat pump runs only occasionally for less than 1/2 hour and its noise level is quite modest and not a problem.”

“Mark Williams from Integrated Home Services & Consulting, Inc. performed the inspection on my house prior to purchase and did an amazingly thorough and professional job. Not only did he identify current issues that I was unaware of, but he was able to spot potential problems that could come up a year or two down the road. He spent well over 3 hours scouring the house for issues, testing for functionality, and even donning a Hazmat suit to explore the crawl space and substructure of the house. As the potential buyer I was able to stick with him for the entire inspection asking questions and learning everything possible about my future house. The whole time he used a voice recorder and camera in order to fully document the inspection. Just one day later Mark sent me his final report of the house. This report categorized the house by room and structure, then delineated each problem or potential issue he found, showed a picture, and described why it was and issue and what needed to be corrected. Using his detailed 22 page final report, I was able to go back to the seller and negotiate the sale price to factor in necessary fixes to the house I was previously unaware of. I continue to use this report as a benchmark for my house as I live in and use the house. I would recommend Mark Williams to any future home buyer.
