“Ken, Thank you for delivering everything I asked for during our basement renovation project. You helped us update our ugly, non-functional basement into something that we could be proud of by turning it into a space where we could have room for guests, an office for my husband, a work-out area, a media room, an updated bathroom, a computer area and extra storage for my teenage son, an art space for my teenage daughter, a kitchenette for morning coffee and parties, floor to ceiling pantry cabinets for extra storage, a hearth area that is Pinterest worthy and all within budget and on my timeline. In addition to that, the new laminate flooring, agreeable grey painted walls, new white trim, and painted black ceilings are fabulous. Now, I'm a realist and this isn't my first renovation project. I knew there would be extenuating factors that could cause the timeline to extend and surprises that might increase the agreed-upon budget. But, in general, everything went smoothly. I was incredibly impressed with your guys, Dilshat and Farouz. They were some of the HARDEST WORKING people I have ever met. I could always count on them to be here on time and I felt comfortable with them in my home and knew that they were doing exactly what they needed to be doing to get the job done right. Not only were they hard-working, they were incredibly skilled, especially with things like tile work. My shower looks absolutely beautiful and the custom niche they created is one of the best I've ever seen. Something I particularly appreciated about you was your communication. You always answered the phone when I called and returned texts promptly. Additionally, you checked in frequently to let me know your timeline and let me know if you were ever running late. I would use Apex Homes and your team for jobs in the future. Not only that, I would recommend you to friends and family. “Ladd Suydam Contracting (LSC) did fantastic work in remodeling / updating our kitchen and entire 1st floor. From the beginning, Ladd and his team were professional and responsive. Ladd helped design and plan the entire project from scratch. The craftsmanship from LSC was superb. The team cares and does high quality work. The project was done on budget and on time. The key for me and this project, was the planning. LSC took the time to understand our project and answer all of our questions. When doing big projects there are always unexpected issues (especially when dealing with a 100+ yr old house). LSC experience and knowledge minimized most of these issues from the start. I highly recommend LSC.”

“We love love loved this company. We had a pipe burst in the wall last winter and they did an amazing job. Doing demo, and getting the new floor down and the wall that was saturated fixed. This sept my son flooded the bathroom and we ended up with a bad leek in the basement. 2 guys from the company came over to my house on Friday at 5 to get the ceiling removed so we wouldn’t have any mold.”

“My husband and I hired Mosby Building Arts to remodel our kitchen and to replace an existing deck with a three season room. I was dreading the thought of construction but the professionals at Mosby from the engineers, to the design crew to the craftsmen who worked on our project made the entire process flow so smoothly that before I knew it we had our marvelous living space redone and enjoying the fact that it was so much more functional than it had been before. Mosby took a great deal of time in the planning stages of our project, asking questions about what we liked about our living space and what things we wanted to change. With such great dialogue and attention to detail, we were able to create a kitchen, laundry room and three season room that is MUCH better suited to our work flow, entertainment habits, and daily needs than the original home layout. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. I would recommend Mosby to anyone who is looking to make their home a better place to live.”

“I converted my attached garage to a family room and built a separate detached garage. Remodeling Experts handled EVERYTHING including the architectural services, installation of a vented fireplace, a wall of custom bookshelves and a desk area. There were no surprises in the budget although I made changes as the process went along and Jim was able to work with me. In fact, because of his experience, he is able to make really nice suggestions in terms of what is trending and how things will work once finished. After this process, I used Remodeling Experts to update my master bath (gutted down to the studs) and then my children's bath. That's my best recommendation - that I continue to use Jim's company. His people are reliable, neat and polite. I'm happy to have them work in my home.”

“"After a long search we found Jane Ann. It was our lucky day! We were in hopes of designing a home you didn't see in St. Louis everyday. What we wanted was more of a European look, something you would find in the countryside of Italy or France or in Carmel, California. Jane Ann had not done a home exactly like we had envisioned, but what she had done, were unusual homes, that answered the specific vision of her clients. By looking at her portfolio, we knew she didn't have one style, but the ability to be OPEN MINDED and to LISTEN to client's ideas and to be able to bring those ideas to life. Jane Ann is the consummate professional. She is a great listener, practical in her approach, a great designer, and a good referee when two spouses don't see eye-to-eye. She has the ability to let you know your ideas have been heard, and that she will do all she can to make your vision a reality.
