“My wife and I had an excellent experience working with JP throughout our complete home renovation. He was able to complete our total renovation on time (4 months) and on budget. My wife is a pretty decisive person and had a lot of ideas about what finishes she wanted etc. JP would listen and either agree or would offer an alternative that was either more in line with our budget or something he found to be well liked by other homeowners he has worked with. JP was onsite and very accessible. The website he uses allowed me to track the financials on a daily basis. It also allowed us to be involved in the communication between JP and his sub-contractors so we would get real time updates about the status of a particular job. When we were evaluating contractors we were looking for 3 things: 1. Someone with Integrity 2. Someone with Good Communication Skills who is Accessible 3. Someone with Experience We hit a home run with JP. I can't say enough good things about our experience. If/when we build or renovate another home JP will be our guy!”

“Jimmy builds a very solid and well constructed home! We hired Dailey Homes to build our 2300 sqft home on a walk-out basement. From the time we broke ground until we took possession was about 6.5 months. The HERS evaluation was just completed and the house scored a 27, which is about the most efficient you can get before you have to add ventilation. All of the subs on my project were easy to work with and truly cared about the quality of their work. Any issues that were brought up were promptly addressed and I was kept up to date with any overages or credits throughout the project. My reccomendation for anyone building a home is to ensure you have everything planned out prior to breaking ground and everyone involved understands exactly what is desired and expected. We went over budget some (~ 8%), but not as much as most. We now have a beautiful, well-constructed home, and have made friends through the process!”

“We purchased a “spec” house from Stacy Conley. Our new home is well built with many nice upgrades. Obvious care was taken with many of the decor choices such as flooring, lighting, and trim work. Stacy was good to deal with on most issues. We are disappointed with the quality of the appliances. The moving process was made difficult as there was no flexibility with our move in date. A more transparent process of obtaining estimates for contract negotiated items would have been helpful. This was Stacy’s first home that she built and we are happy to recommend her to others.”

“HM homebuilders finished our basement for (approximately 1900 square ft.). The workmanship was superior. Our goal was to continue the quality of our first and second floors to the unfinished basement. This goal was accomplished with the finish work and they were very easy to work with throughout the process. We would recommend them for your next project for certain.”

“Clay Jones is a very professional builder! My client looked at a spec home he is building in Oldham County and fell in love with it. Clay spent several hours with us explaining in detail what was planned for the home and what was included in the allowances. My client has never built before, and Clay did a wonderful job explaining the process and time frames. After our meeting, my client commented on what a professional builder Clay is.
