“We used M & S Paris Construction to build our home in the country. We had never built a home from scratch and were a little skeptical. After talking with Michael and Sharon they put our worries at ease. We had drawn up ideas of what we wanted and Michael drew the plans out to meet all our needs. They were there every step of the way, with one of them at the job site everyday! Sharon was a great help with interior decisions and Michael always knew the answer to the construction part of the project. Our home was completed in the time frame they had allotted. “We hired Clear Creek Home Improvements to completely remodel our kitchen that had dark oak cabinets, heavy texted walls, brown floor tile, brown backsplash, and ugly granite countertops. Kevin coordinated closely with us throughout the design process. His written quote was very detailed, so we understood exactly what was going to be done before the project got started. The project took a little longer to get started than we expected. However, once the actual work began, it was completed within the time frame Kevin promised. Overall, the workmanship was excellent. We did have some minor issues with the stainless steel sink and stove top getting scratched, but the kitchen tuned out absolutely beautiful. Kevin stands by all the work that is done by both his crew and subcontractors. For Example, the granite fabricator inadvertantly cut the granite countertops with too much overhang. Kevin had the fabricator carefully remove the granite and recut it back at their fabrication shop. Kevin also had tile guys come back to fix several floor tiles that were raised slightly above the rest of the floor. We ended up with a beautiful three tile floor pattern that spanned from the kitchen through the breakfast area and into the utility room. Our dark traditional kitchen was transformed into a beautiful white transitional kitchen. The renovation included new white shaker cabinets with LED lightning, Cotton White granite for the main countertops, engineered quartz (Cosmic Black by Vicostone) for the bar and enlarged island, chandeliers over both the island and breakfast area, new faucet and stainless steel appliances. We cannot say enough compliments about the cabinet makers; they took the greatest care in fabricating and installing the cabinets. We recommend Clear Creek Home Improvements for any of your renovation needs. We found a contractor that backed up his work and made the extra effort to ensure we were happy with the entire renovation. Note: The included photos appear to show the LED cabinet lights casting a yellowish tint on the stone backsplash. It is actually a white light, but my camera processed it with a yellowish tint. I tried to enhance the photos to reflect the stones true color, but had little success.”

“We chose Eric to design a 430 sq foot game room, with walk-in 'pantry, built-ins etc in 2010. The kitchen wall was knocked down so the game-room and kitchen are open with a granite bar between them. Great work. He went from color pencil concept sketches, thru approval drawings and finals. The end result is very open and light, with a very large custom skylight providing natural light to the pool table by day. My wife loves the walk-in pnatry. Very personable and smart fellow. Not too expensive.”

“Did a Great Job! Brady created a fabulous room out of the space over our garage. His company built a solid sturdy room, with two over sized dormers, well finished, with its own HVAC system. Many of our guest have been astonished that it was not an original part of the home. The work area was kept clean and construction professionally performed. Brady met the schedule he had laid out. “Les Branson Companies did an outstanding job on restoring the Midland Hotel where I was a tennant on the bottom floor in what is now the hotel lobby. I had partially restored the corner entrance space and Les Branson Co.. finished the job in an amazing and timly way making the space better than hoped for and the property has remained looking great as the materials used were of good stock and first quality. I am so happy to see the finihed job and several years after its finish still looking great.”
