“I just hired Jacob to solve a problem that several other tile contractors could not fix. The shower in my guest bathroom wasn't draining properly due to the fact that the original shower floor was improperly installed (not enough slope, weep holes had been blocked, etc.). The other quotes I received from contractors were not only significantly higher than the one I got from Jacob, but required more time and additional investment ($!) in materials. Jacob did not merely replace the tile floor. He tested for leaks (even explored my crawlspace), fixed the drainage problem, did a beautiful job of installing the river rock tile (no seams whatsoever), and went the extra mile to diligently protect everything he touched. He has years of training and experience, takes great pride in his work, and is humble, reliable and trustworthy. Jacob is an independent licensed, fully bonded contractor and a true craftsman.”

“We are in the process of having a countertop makeover in our kitchen. My wife and I visited Quarzo to look at the many different choices of stone slabs at there site. We were greeted by Abril who showed us the styles of tile they had. She was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us to get an idea of what we were looking for. She sent us home with different samples to see how they matched with our cabinets and floor. I am proud to say we have purchased polished white granite for our kitchen. We are in the process of purchasing a cast iron sink, faucet and garbage disposal. We have not set a date yet for this kitchen install. We are excited to get our new makeover. We are pleased with the service so far. Will add to this review when job is completed.”

“I have used Tileshop product consistently on my projects for about 12 years. They are a great bread and butter line with a great selection of porcelain and ceramic tile lines & glass and deco lines. And there is enough diversity in their line to accommodate any style from contemporary to traditional. And all their lines have trim! So you can specify a whole project from one place! The showrooms are always neat and clean and easy to use and full of up to date vignettes and installations. Everything is labeled and priced. The prices are very fair for a high quality product. And everything is stocked! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“This family owned business cares about doing things the right way the first time and top quality! I am so happy with my decision to go with them. My 80sq ft of counter tops I wasn't going to trust with just any one. Their attention to detail and honesty was top notch! We went with a modern look in our kitchen and Stacy and Gina helped with deciding on the measurements, in addition Ramon who came to template also helped with recommendations so we made sure we were satisfied! From picking out out material from their large selections to template to install and even to fixing an imperfection in one of the stone slabs they were professional and on top of things. They also were able to work with our budget and had a very simple 2 easy payments 1 at the start of the job and 2nd on the day of install.”

“My husband and I bought our granite and flooring from All Natural Stone for our new kitchen. All of the people working there were very professional, knowledable and polite, especially Lucilla. She helped with the design choices for the floor ( travertine) and assisted me in choosing the backsplash. The granite counters are beautiful and the floor is gorgeous. I would highly reccommend this store for anyone looking at granite or tile. They have the largest selection of slabs of any place we looked in the S.F. Bay area.”
