“Neuse Tile installed the backsplash in our kitchen. It was a fairly small job, but they still provided good customer service. They were helpful in the design phase, providing suggestions and working with us to get the look we wanted. On the day they installed the backsplash, they were punctual. The supervisor went over the plans with me to make sure it was installed the way we had planned. The 2 installers worked for about 6 hours straight to complete the job and were very considerate and respectful. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, it is complete, well finished and looks great.”

“Walter has been the best salesman ever. He made you feel as though you were the only person who needed him right then. No hurry and returning phone calls and texts were ASAP. All his work folks were confident, pleasant and helpful and measuring was a deal for 91 sq. ft. of kitchen countertops. But all is perfect. We even selected a leftover piece of quartz for our fireplace hearth. So beautiful, all of it! After looking for three years, we had given up. Too pricey with others with all kinds of add-ons. I would give Walter TEN stars if I could!! Thanks again, Walter! You are the man!! Cindy and Pete”

“Angela Sutton at Byrd Tile is a true professional. She is extremely knowledgable, very friendly and works hard to find exactly what I'm looking for at the best price and in a timely manner. I am an interior designer and have worked with Angela on several client projects, but this is my first time as a client myself. I'm currently renovating my house. Angela has been so much fun to work with. She went out of her way to help me design a custom tile floor for my master bath after seeing one photo. I can't wait to post the pictures once it is installed.”

She solved both the technical and design challenges beautifully! We love iour new backsplash. and all our guests complement it too!!”
