“I recently hired "Fine Set Tile" to replace the old backsplash in my kitchen. I was desperate to find a tile contractor to remove and replace the old backsplash that was installed by another contractor who never properly finished the job. I met with Irvin, and I shared with him my ideas and he offered some suggestions. He was very respectful, polite, and focused on the task at hand, and yes, the price was right! Fine Set Tile completed the job in the estimated timeframe. There were no major delays. Irvin always left the work area spotless. There was no residue on the adjacent area in the kitchen!! Irvin is a MASTER at what he does. The finished backsplash looks beautiful. I highly recommend Fine Set Tile for any tile-related project.”

“I just hired Jacob to solve a problem that several other tile contractors could not fix. The shower in my guest bathroom wasn't draining properly due to the fact that the original shower floor was improperly installed (not enough slope, weep holes had been blocked, etc.). The other quotes I received from contractors were not only significantly higher than the one I got from Jacob, but required more time and additional investment ($!) in materials. Jacob did not merely replace the tile floor. He tested for leaks (even explored my crawlspace), fixed the drainage problem, did a beautiful job of installing the river rock tile (no seams whatsoever), and went the extra mile to diligently protect everything he touched. He has years of training and experience, takes great pride in his work, and is humble, reliable and trustworthy. Jacob is an independent licensed, fully bonded contractor and a true craftsman.”

“I have used Tileshop product consistently on my projects for about 12 years. They are a great bread and butter line with a great selection of porcelain and ceramic tile lines & glass and deco lines. And there is enough diversity in their line to accommodate any style from contemporary to traditional. And all their lines have trim! So you can specify a whole project from one place! The showrooms are always neat and clean and easy to use and full of up to date vignettes and installations. Everything is labeled and priced. The prices are very fair for a high quality product.
