“We added a four season room with lots of windows and high ceiling to our existing home. Lily provided architectural design services for the project. She listened carefully to our thoughts, presented her ideas on the design, and encouraged us to really bring the outdoors into the room. She was excellent to work with. Her drawings were completed on the timeline she gave. We had a couple of modifications after her initial drawings and she immediately worked those into the design. The final product was perfect! You'd never know the room was an addition and not part of the original structure. Lily also looked at our ideas on paint color and flooring and helped us finalize our selection. Highly recommend and would definitely use Lily on another project!”

“Having seen some of her work, I first contacted Catherine to help me “pull together“ a couple of rooms and make some color choices. From her first visit in my home, she made herself indispensable far beyond a quick pull together. Though I am comfortable with making my own choices, having used her services multiple times now, I wouldn’t consider making design or decor investments without first consulting Catherine. She makes a practice of bringing a variety of beautifully personalized and unique options to our projects and remains respectful of budget and timeline boundaries. Her installers and contractors are experienced and professional. Even if it’s just through the quick adjustment of decor pieces, floor lamps, or drapery positions, each time Catherine visits our home, she leaves it looking and feeling more stylish and comfortable.”

“Paul isn't just an architect. He's an artist who uses architecture as his medium. In 2010, we engaged him to help us design and build our dream home that we now call Cabins in the Woods. He knew all about how to integrate materials to create a home that would be low maintenance for us as we age. Paul paid attention to every detail and he truly integrated our home with the wooded setting surrounding it. We LOVE every day that we get to live in this beautiful place. “We used the Waire Group to add some finishing touches to our basement. Some of the finishings they completed for us included installing crown moulding and trim work throughout the basement, adding a stone facade and backsplash to our wet bar area, and installing new flooring in the bar area. Charlie and his team were great to work with and easy to talk to about any concerns we had throughout the process. They even worked with us by providing some alternate ideas so that we could accomplish our goals while staying in our budget! They finished the work in a timely manner and we LOVE our basement!”

“Susan is creative and efficient. She invests her time with clients in helping them assess what they truly need in their homes to make them feel more like "home." One of the things I most appreiate about Susan's work is that she can do an entire house, or just update an area. IN my home I had a kitchen update I wanted to do-- she worked within my budget to find the most bang for my buck to update the space and it came out wonderfully!”

“Jason Ballinger of JLB Design, LLC did an excellent job on our project. He took the time to understand our style and help us design our dream home. We had a large complicated project that Jason helped us simplify - we took down several walls, worked with an engineer to figure out beam placements, relocated a powder room creatively and much more. He helped us make decisions on building materials, select a contractor and understand the approximate costs of making certain decisions on the renovation. Jason also ensured that the town permitting process went smoothly. In addition to creativity and expertise, Jason is extremely professional and a very nice person. He sets realistic expectations and gets things done on schedule. We felt that he gave us a tremendous amount of personal attention. We would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate.”
