“We have worked with Larry Routen on two major projects 10 years apart. In 2004, when we wanted to remodel our kitchen, we learned of Larry from a neighbor that had used Larry to design their new kitchen. So, we contacted Larry and began the process. We had a detailed, 2-page list of what we liked and wanted in a new kitchen. Larry was able to meet all the items on our wish list and give us a kitchen that we still love 10 years later. Late last year, we decided to build an addition with a new master bathroom and exercise room. So, we called up Larry and he was more than happy to work with us once again. We told Larry what we wanted and he again worked his design magic to make it happen. We now have a beautiful addition with a master bathroom that is beautiful and functional. Larry hit a home run once again for us. Larry Routen is a true professional and a designer that truly listens to the client and produces a design that meets or exceeds your expectations. Each player was a consummate professional, from the foreman and workers on the job, to their helpful office manager, and the wonderful guidance provided by both Don and Craig. I felt that each person was invested in the success of making our space both beautiful and functional, and not one disappointed us!! I hired Bailey & Weiler to transform my very dated kitchen. Their suggestions during the design process were amazing. They took the time to ask questions not only about what I wanted, but asked questions about how we lived....how much I cooked, how we wanted to use the space, etc. One suggestion saved me a good deal of money, as we opted to refinish some older hardwoods, staining them darker and sanding them down past a very dated bevel edge rather than installing new flooring, as I was prepared to do. Another suggestion created a more natural flow from one space to the other. I was blown away with their vision, but also, their understanding of my needs and hopes for the space. The workmanship was outstanding. I felt completely comfortable with the foreman and workers on the job, and they left the space spotless each night when they left. Even the subs were all timely, professional and talented. Their professionalism and friendliness helped to make the remodeling process a much easier one! Throughout the process, the office manager frequently checked in to ensure we were keeping on budget, to address any questions, and to ensure that my every question was answered in a timely fashion. She always made herself available, and I appreciated the transparency and participation in the process. And the final outcome has surpassed any hope I could have had for this space. Every detail was finely examined and brought to perfection. I now have a kitchen that is not only MUCH more functional for the way I cook, entertain and live, but it is absolutely magazine-beautiful! From inspiration and design through the construction process and the final outcome, Bailey & Weiler created a perfect space for us. I cannot speak more highly about any member of this entire team, and I will DEFINITELY call upon them for our next remodeling job.”

“Leslie saved my kitchen. She's a great person to hire to come talk to you for a few hours about the possibilities she sees. In my case she knew exactly what wall to remove to completely open up the space while preserving the formal dining room; every other designer had suggested turning it into something not appropriate for the era or house. That said, she also knows how to mix the modern with the traditional, to make new modern things work with older houses. She can work with any builder you choose but her father Dave Noggle Builders did our work and it was outstanding.”

“We have had Larry Routen with Lifestyle Kitchen and Bath help us with several projects over the last 10 years. Everything from a small lake house bath remodel to a full blown kitchen and master bath in our permanent home. We have been extremely pleased with all his work. Larry developed a creative design for our smallish master bath area. He supplied all the materials and coaching while our own general contractor did the work. We continue to enjoy this well utilized area with top of the line cabinets and fixtures. Larry performed a complete design and build project for our kitchen. Cabinets, appliances, flooring, bulkheads - everything complete! Larry pulled off this remodel flawlessly while we were away on a two week Alaskan cruise. We chose to take out a wall and create one big entertaining space. Not only is the finished product wonderful, but Rosemary made every bit of the process better. I wouldn't do another remodel in our house without her input. The small percentage of our overall project budget that we invested on her services was the very best money we spent!”
