“Every step of this project was handled beautifully. Designing the house was just plain fun, and Angela and Tom listened to our desires for a house that was in keeping with our lifestyle. Our biggest "want" was a home that seemed to blend into the land and reflected the history of this old cattle ranch. We got exactly what we wanted and it all was within the budget and finished on time!”

“We had Big Sky Builders build a new home for us. We communicated long distance as we were living in New Mexico and building the home in Montana. They posted pictures on a website weekly during the build so we could see the progress. They responded immediately to any questions or problems we had. They hire quality subconractors and guarantee all work for one year. They built us a quality, beautiful home with many custom features. We would not hesitate to recommend Big Sky Builders to anyone wanting to remodel or build a new home.”

Encompass Design listened to diverse stakeholders and worked to find solutions that kept us on time and on budget (for a $6M project). Additionally, Jenn set a tone of collaboration that kept everyone - owner, architect, general contractor, subs, etc. -- on the same team and moving forward. I can't recommend Encompass highly enough.”

“Nic Cole from nc Design Studio Architects is a talented, and extremely dedicated perfectionist of architecture – all things that are necessary for a difficult building site with a tight timeline. Nic listened to our ideas and executed into plans exactly what we desired. He has this incredible ability to see the terrain and understand how a home will fit into the property. Beyond that, he brings a full studio of technology behind him to map out the land. We were able to see exactly what our home would look like within the property because of his drone and tech features. Our home was planned to niche into the mountain, so that we could accommodate our large family, but also so that my parents could easily get to the lake below. Nic captured the structure architecturally, but at the same time managed to retain the family cottage feel I wanted. Nic was always easy to reach by phone or email, and his team worked many long days to ensure our structure was strong and sound. With Nic heading the architecture, we were able to move in within 22 months of buying the property. I highly recommend Nic and his team for your architectural plans.”

“when i met jeff in person and then visited several of his finished homes , i knew he would be the designer for me for my next remodel. he listens to the needs and hopes of the client and is then wonderful at being able to apply his knowledge and expertise to manifest the imagined space . he is a person of great integrity and the homes he remodels or builds are filled with such beautiful and original touches. i know that when it comes time to work on my next remodel that jeff will do everything he can to bring all of my ideas together in the most intelligent and beautiful way and create the special home i am looking for .”
