“Radiant Blue homes along with there sister company Sideone Exteriors built our beautiful, custom dream home! We are thrilled with they way it turned out, the quality and how fast it was completed! We had many people comment on how fast our house was built and how great it looks! Mike and Justin are awesome to work with. The whole construction process was a lot less stressful than we expected because of there attention to detail, organization, communicating with us on regular basis about project and high standards. They were building this home for us but there attention to detail and high standards made it feel like they were building this house for themselves. They understood our vision for our home perfectly and made suggestions, most of which we did, that have made our home flow and function so much better. Tracy the office manager put together a great homeowners book for us filled with great information along with a flash drive of pictures taken during the construction project. We will definitely use them again. Thank You Radiant Blue Homes and Sideone Exteriors!”

“Where to begin, I have liked Leah from moment we met! She's stylish and funny and has a GREAT eye for design. I needed someone with a 'vision' for my home's unique layout, and I needed a pro to work around cabinets I didn't love, and someone to incorporate some treasured pieces I brought back from the Middle East years ago. Leah did ALL that. I love everything she did. She's amazing!”

“Ellen redid my kitchen and baths to reflect my taste and my lifestyle. She is flexible, precise and patient. She is easy to work with, efficient and knowledgeable, not to mention she has a great artistic sensibility - very creative! She stayed within our budget and met our deadlines completely. It was a great experience working with her! After our large project was finished I asked Ellen to help with some smaller ones and was very pleased again with the results!”

“We have the highest regard for Mrs. Andersons talent and visions. We hired her based upon seeing the completion of other homes she had completed in our area, they were jaw dropping beautiful. We have a Bed and Breakfast with 8 different cottages. As we walked through every cottage she looked and inquired what our needs and thoughts were as she created a unique vision that aligned with us perfectly. She also helped us to learn and see the areas where we could do some creative work on our own like how we set out our amenities or how we fold items to what colors we could use outdoors to complete the full picture. Watching her work with vibrant colors, patterns and textures just made us happy knowing it was better than anything we could have imagined or done for ourselves. We gained a great respect for the process and the amount of thoughtfulness and work that goes into the final delivery. She is simply amazing. “I cannot say enough how much I love my home, and pretty much anyone I talk to about homes, listens to me rave about how amazing my builder was! We built our first home with another builder previously and our experience with Eric Boucher, Big Rock Homes, was nothing short of wonderful! There is no way we could have built the quality of home we got from Big Rock Homes for the price with anyone else. Eric Boucher took so much personal pride and really cared that our home turned out beautiful. He was honest and upfront with us through the entire process and I never once felt he was taking advantage of us. We receive so many compliments from anyone who visits including many in the housing and real estate industry who are blown away by the quality of our home, because of our experience with Eric Boucher both of my husbands brothers are now also building with Big Rock Homes. There is no doubt in my mind when we decide to move and build again we will be using Eric again.”

I watched as each progression of the home was built. The quality was exceptional, the workers were skilled and professional. “when shopping for a house we couldn't find a favorite so decided to build and found American Heritage Homes in the neighborhood that we wanted to build. We talked to several residents in the neighborhood and they all claimed that AHH did a fantastic job. So we too had them build our favorite floor plan and we're a week away from closing. They have been great to work with and they communicate almost daily with updates and progress of the home. P.S the builder also lives in the neighborhood. That's been a plus”
