“Working with a company to design and build a home is a challenge under the best of circumstances, but as in my case, living nearly 3000 miles away from the building site, the challenges were even greater...and I’m happy to say that my expectations were not only met by Suncrest Homes, they were exceeded. Charlie Hamilton and his crew took my ideas seriously and worked with me to design a floor plan that met my needs. Throughout the building process, I was informed of the progress through phone calls, emails, and photographs. When it was time to select flooring, countertops, lighting, etc. I flew out and participated in a whirlwind but extremely well-organized “shopping spree” with their interior designer, Sheryl Clear. She guided me through all the decisions that needed to be made and continued to work with me long-distance as the building progressed and minor adjustments and additional decisions were made. The house was finished on schedule and we were able to close the day before my items arrived from the east coast. I cannot say enough about the quality of professionalism and customer service that I experienced while working with Suncrest Homes. They have my highest recommendation and I would definitely use them again were I to build another home in the future.”

Where Pam made a difference in our project was saving us time in knowing the products that we could choose from, and integrating the remodel into the rest of the house. Family and friends are always remarking what a difference the remodel made to the house, and that it fits the house perfectly. I would not hesitate to call Pam for her opinion and assistance, and have recommended her to many friends. We have full trust in her abilities to assist us in improving our home!”

“Susan, I am so glad I took your advice to paint my great room in a warm color rather than the cool colors I was thinking of. The grayish tones would have been gloomy during the winter and, now the it is summer, the warm tones fairly glow. My husband, John, even commented that the wall color looks nicer than before...actually it was more like “huhnn? brighter…snort…grunt…better than white...ok.” I think that means he approves. :)”
