“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, decor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the ‘wow’ factor we were looking for! Only Bridgemont Properties could have executed this incredible transformation of our urban space. What was once a small, dreary bungalow became an open, airy and bright urban oasis. We have absolute confidence in the workmanship - which is paramount. From the very first meeting through to the ecstatic reveal…we were delighted with every step of the process. “Chris from Velusina was patient with me and my requests. He worked with my idea's for what the kitchen would look like and added his own touches that I didn't realize wouldn't work. The Velusina crew were always on time and professional. Right now I'm just saving up so that I can get Velusina back to work on the rest of my home because the rest of the house looks incomplete. “Gabriele has worked on two different projects in my home. She was always punctual for our meetings and she delivered products on schedule. She gave great advice regarding painting, window and floor coverings. Together we selected furniture, fabric coverings and accessories for my home. Gabriele had a very good sense of what I was looking for and did not try to suggest changes that would not suit my lifestyle. She always worked within my budget. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gabriele. She is very professional and so excited to see her customers happy with the completed project. I recently contacted Gabriele to ask about a paint colour that had been used in my home in the past. She returned my call immediately and was pleased to answer my questions. “I hired William Dewson Architects to design a summer cottage in Georgian Bay on a 5 acre island. Our first challenge was to figure out the site plan and where to put the cottage given numerous zoning restrictions and other natural fators. Bill and his team were great to work with throughout the whole process of defining the best site and then brainstorming the design that best suited our family asthetic. Bill's charismatic enthusiasm made our meetings fun and creative, we were all very happy with the end result and thoroughly enjoyed the design experience from start to finish.”

“We can highly recommend BLDG Workshop with complete confidence. In contrast to the many bumps along the way of our renovation and addition, the design process was exciting and enjoyable. Nathan and his team of professionals were timely and efficient, good at communication, and willing to work with the trades we had hired; however, their best attribute is of course their smart, inspired design! Our favourite part of working with BLDG was the collaborating... they are the experts but they listened to our ideas and were excellent at incorporating our whims and wishes. We will definitely be contacting BLDG the next time we build!”
