“Mr Clark was recommended to us by our Builder when we decided that we wanted a large extension built. After meeting with Mr Clark we were happy to employ him as our Architect for our project. He is clearly an experienced Architect and provided us with suggestions and ideas throughout the process of having the plans drawn up. Mr Clark is very approachable and listened very carefully to what we wanted to have included in our extension. He was able to put our thoughts and ideas into the drawings which made us feel part of the process. Any issues with the drawings were very quickly and professionally dealt with by Mr Clark. “Coogan Architects have been fantastic throughout the design process and we really couldn't have achieved the space we have without them. Laura has communicated extensively despite our build being split into two phases (second part still to be completed). Her patience and professional advice both in person and over the phone has been astounding over the last two years. We asked for dormers to be added to a semi-detached bungalow and a single story rear extension. The total extended floor space being approx. 72 sq metres. The contemporary and minimal design produced including eternit panelling, zinc and cedar cladding lifts their work away from residential and suburban to magazine chic. The space created upstairs is outstanding and difficult to believe was achieved from the eaves (2 large bedrooms and bathroom). We are eagerly awaiting the downstairs work to start (AGM Contracts, Paisley) in order that we can fully appreciate all the effort that has been put in! I would absolutely recommend Barry and Laura to anyone!”
