“I am building a new home and Kelly Scully is our interior designer. I had no idea the scope of work that would be involved in this process. She is unbelievable! She is so detail oriented and precise - she has documented every change and has communicated everything to the builder! This behind the scene work has made such a difference. And I have not even mentioned her skill and creativity in assisting with our design selections! I can't wait to post the finished product on Houzz so everyone can see! The building portion is now complete and Kelly and Brooke have now assisted with all our furnishings. They even accompanied us to the Dallas Furniture Market to assist us in selecting everything for our new home! When we came back I would go to her design studio and they would have the drapery and accent fabrics all laid out for me to pick from! It was painless and so exciting! Everyone that enters our home is blown away by how gorgeous it is!”

“We were familiar with Bradshaw Designs and their reputation here in San Antonio and contacted them about a make-over for our 24 year old master bath. Julie and her assistant Lindsay put a great amount of thought and effort into creating a design for our bath room and even presented us with drawings to give us options for the completed look. They were very perceptive in coordinating their suggestions to blend with the style and decor of our home to be sure the bathrooom design would be a harmonious addition. It was easy to fall in love with their suggestions for colors, lighting, tile, marble, wallpaper and beautiful mirrors! Bradshaw designs worked well with us and our contractor Wm. J. McCarthy,Jr. in a timely fashion. The project was finished on time and on budget and truly exceeded our expectations! Julie presented us with a beautiful book showing before, during, and after pictures which was a special added touch. We are thoroughly enjoying our new "spa" bath and would highly recommend Julie and Bradshaw designs!”

“KC Custom Homes recently completed our dream home in Cordova on Canyon Lake. Our experience from initial contact with Ken Castro and his sons to visualizing our dreams with Rudy, the amazing home designer, were superior to all the custom home stories I had heard. The foundation was poured at the start of June and we moved in at the end of December. Our project manager - Jaime- worked from day 1 to stay on top of the build and ensure each step was done well. The entire process was a positive one and we believe much of that starts with the vision and work ethic of KC Custom Homes and those who work for this company. Were there some bumps- of course- but KC Custom Homes worked through each issue that surfaced. We are so pleased to be in our home and would welcome the chance to talk more about our experience. “Margaret and John Larcade created and executed a comprehensive and excellent redesign and update of the interior of the mid-century modern house I live in which was designed by my father. The house is a beautiful house and Margaret's furniture and fabric choices really enhanced the elegant simplicity of the house. Her knowledge of interior design, her familiarity with the most interesting fabrics and furniture sources and her sophisticated understanding of space, color and texture combined with her many years of design experience made the process of redesign inspirational. She and John pay great attention to detail and to the integrity of the space and are at the same time very practical and cost effective about their design solutions. The professionals they brought in for upholstery, painting etc. were all excellent and the companies Margaret works with respect and admire her. Both she and John are very generous with their time and were patient and careful to make sure that my husband and I were pleased and comfortable with each aspect of the design process. Margaret and John also did a wonderful job of creating solutions for some of the design challenges that were presented. They created a more comfortable and intimate space in our "pass through" dining room, they designed furniture and shelf inserts in our den and they commissioned an iconic piece of wall art made from vintage Knoll fabric from my father's office for our Living Room. The finished product achieves exactly what I hoped it would achieve, to honor my father's house. I love every aspect of the design and have great respect for them both. I highly recommend them and will be using them myself in the future.”
