“Maria is excellent to work with. Her memory for my preferences and with furniture I already have is exemplary. I wanted to mix some favorite Queen Anne cherry pieces with modern, clean lines in the living/dining rooms and the result is stunning! She follows through, is prompt, and is knowledgeable about product and colors. I trust her 'eye' and everything turns out beautifully done. I am working with her on another guest bedroom. “Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. I appreciated his professionalism and would consider them again when we get our budget in order.”

“I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

“We worked with Carrie Yoshida on 3 separate projects - 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Each of the projects was completed on time within our budget and handled extremely professionally. We had never done any remodeling and could have easily been overwhelmed. Carrie listened to what we wanted and guided us through the design and material selection making it a smooth and enjoyable process. Her suggestions and recommendations were always on point and took our desires into consideration. I can say that I and my family absolutely love all three rooms, but especially the kitchen. Every little detail was considered from cabinets to pulls. The kitchen is now the center our family life. (Cost is for all three projects)”

“I first hired Doreen from Windows and Beyond about 20 years ago when my kids were just babies. She did a wonderful job with our starter home which had very tall windows. Doreen managed to do a combination of drapery panels and Hunter Douglas products that made our home very cozy. She also made the kids room very vibrant. We didn't need to update anything when we sold our home. Doreen's approach really stuck with me because she took the time to think through our needs. I used Doreen again when we moved to our second home. The kids were older then so we did a formal living room but kept the rest of the house contemporary. Again when we sold our house the second time, it showed very well largely due to the window treatments. Of course I used Doreen again for our last move. This time I went with Doreen's recommendation to use motorization. I thought only my husband would appreciate the remote but I love it too. I dont know how much time I save not having to open and close each window shade. Of all the times I've used Doreen, she never just sell me on the same style. She always introduce the new products first and then see what my new needs are before suggesting the right products for us. That's why I'll definitely use her again!”

First, he helped us deal with very difficult window sizes in our 1936 spanish style home and now he is helping us add character to a new construction home that really needs some architectural interest.
