“Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. I appreciated his professionalism and would consider them again when we get our budget in order.”

“We worked with Carrie Yoshida on 3 separate projects - 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Each of the projects was completed on time within our budget and handled extremely professionally. We had never done any remodeling and could have easily been overwhelmed. Carrie listened to what we wanted and guided us through the design and material selection making it a smooth and enjoyable process. Her suggestions and recommendations were always on point and took our desires into consideration. I can say that I and my family absolutely love all three rooms, but especially the kitchen. Every little detail was considered from cabinets to pulls. The kitchen is now the center our family life. (Cost is for all three projects)”

They also stand behind their products. When my cleaning staff did some minor damage to my wood shutters they came right out and repaired them.”

“Drapery Guys worked hard to help us choose the right hardware and drapery for our sliding glass door. The fabric was the color and weight we wanted, letting in filtered light during the day and providing privacy at night. We are pleased with the traverse rod that the owner suggested, and the finials completed the look for our room. I appreciated the cleanliness of the work that was completed by Drapery Guys! I will use them again and have suggested the company to family and friends!”
