We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

“I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. While I had made several other estimate appointments, the reviews were so good for World Class that I decided to request an estimate from them too. I was kept informed at all times – I did not need to follow up with them, they were pro-active with me. They are both extremely respectful and this is appreciated. My budget was a little tight so after discussing the options for my home he made me aware of the different manufactures he offered. I wasn't aware that there are other manufactures that make similar products to Hunter Douglas that are more affordable. He also help me understand how to maximize my dollar. In my case I wanted the Hunter Douglas Shutter so he helped me find a way to make them work. We went with the Hunter Douglas Shutters for the front of the house and Master Bedroom and off brand honey combs for my sons room who works nights. For the rest of the house that doesn't get much use we went with a off brand faux wood to save money. Thanks for the help Rick I really appreciate it!”
