“With more and more of today's home audio, video, and automation being internet driven, it requires a company that has the latest knowledge in internet networking and programming of home processors and switches. Global Wave excels in this and all other fields related. Our client had an existing home system that was unpredictable with "lock ups" and a home AV processor that was very unstable. After contacting Global Wave, they came, rolled up their sleeves, and got to work starting with improving the homes internet infrastructure, then continued on to the homes processor. After resolving a kaleidoscope of problems I can definitely say we could not have found a better company to work with than Global Wave Integration.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron Shaby on the fairly complicated installation of a new TV for my client. I had designed a custom entertainment center, and Ron had to work carefully in a tight space to install all of the media equipment, route wires, hide cords - and do it all without marring the specialty finish on the new cabinet! But, even before installing, Ron made an initial trip to the client's home to identify what would be needed for the project, and while there, he explained that a sound bar mounted below the TV would be ideal for sound clarity. Apparently, the built-in speakers on flat-screen TVs are not that great. She agreed, and I have to say, after hearing the sound, it felt like we were in a movie theater with surround sound. He really knows his stuff! I was amazed at how quickly he worked, and while my client and I were reviewing fabrics in another room, it seemed that in almost no time, Ron came to tell us the installation was complete. He gave us a tutorial, demonstrating how the different remotes worked and teaching us even how to get downloaded music to play through the new speaker. His professionalism, knowledge and customer service are impeccable, and I look forward to working with him on future projects!”

“Sunset Studios came in and figured out a great solution to a logistical nightmare. Had to hang a new 75-inch 4K TV and sound bar (which they sold me at a very competitive price) over my fireplace. It was a block wall, covered with Venetian plaster. One estimate I got from another company included making a visible channel in my beautiful wall, but somehow, Sunset managed to pinpoint the only two inches through which the cables could unobtrusively be routed. They took their time, consulted with me on their progress throughout the day, and did a beautiful job.”
