“We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

Their showroom is not much to look at, but they have a good selection and their customer service is very good. My calls and emails were answered or returned in a timely manner. Estimates, quotes and payment process was orderly and understandable. We were looking for environmentally sustainable carpet and hardwood; and we were able to find all the brands and styles we wanted at Carpet Warehouse. The carpet was installed in a professional manner and we've been living happily in our new home enjoying our flooring for a few years now. They even figured out how to wrap our open tread staircases with carpet to make it easier for little ones to go up and down the stairs safely. “Floors 2 U has a wide variety of floor covering products (including carpeting) at varying price points, with reasonable installation costs. Besides their showroom they offer a shop at home service that is very convenient. They are professionals who stand behind their work. There was a problem with the installation they did of a laminate floor in my office that developed several months after the work was complete. When I reported it they returned promptly and made it right. That's the kind of company I want to do business with.”

“06-18-2014 $80,000 Interior project "Our project consisted of a complete gut and then remodel of the kitchen 5 rooms and powder bath. We chose to use Teppo for the entire remodeling project. Kevin made several visits to the house in the evening, bringing samples of cabinets, counters and flooring. He coordinated a showroom visit after hours for us. He was knowledgeable and easily addressed concerns about several small details in the remodeling process. In the process, Kevin did not over-promise or gloss over specifics. The price quote was in line with four other quotes that we had received but we saved a considerable amount by using Teppo's wholesale connections - a savings that we applied towards nicer outfitting of the kitchen cabinets and quartz counter tops. Teppo's cabinet and counter top vendor discounts were also substantial. We are excited to begin the project in the next few weeks. Kevin is very professional, listens very well to the customer and incorporates these points into his planning."”

“My basement floors look absolutely beautiful. Had 3 areas done. Would not recommend them for inside house if you will have children playing on them. There are a lot of sharp areas and is not comfortable to sit, kneel, or crawl on. I do not have children and do not spend a lot of time on my floors downstairs so that is not an issue for me. It does not feel as warm as they assured me it would feel, but not as cold as concrete. My laundry room, which is partially finished looks so good, I do not mind washing clothes all day and have decorated it to look way nicer that an ordinary laundry room! The look of Nature Stone is gorgeous and a great alternative to other flooring options and seems comparable to prices of other flooring.”

“Had a fireplace to update, and stopped in Heritage to look at the tile. We ended up getting slate for the fireplace and then needed to fix living room carpet since we remodeled the fireplace. Heritage pieced the carpet and you could not tell, they have great workers who are very talented when it comes to carpet. When we remodeled our lower level we got vinyl flooring that looks like wood. They put that in and we love it. Very good place to shop.”
