“Working with Elite Crete Midsouth has been great, I have had my orders ship promptly and usually surprise me with how fast I get my orders. Brad is a no sugar coat kind of guy, if it is a bad idea to do something he will be the first to tell you so you as a contractor don't end up in a world of pain. He has gone to bat for me on several occasions and gone out of his way to help when it wasn't convenient. He has never tried to sell me more than I needed or pushed me into a sale and has never thrown me under the "bus" as alot of manufacturers are known for doing. I trust Brad as a businessman and he has become a friend. Very few people are like him and how he conducts business. This company has great products and a great support system.”

“The only reason that I didn’t leave five stars is because they haven’t actually completed a job for me yet. But I found them to be super friendly and very helpful. Great customer service. They have been very patient—at first I was going to order hardwood floors from them. But after looking at the floor on the manufacturers website, I was concerned it wouldn’t be what we were wanting. Rachel quickly ordered a sample box for me and sure enough, it looked totally different from the store sample. So I declined, and they were still cheerful even though they had to buy the sample box. This happened again: I chose a tile at Clark’s that I loved, but then the countertop that went so well with it was unavailable. No problem. Still cheerful. Sooner or later I’m going to buy something from these super nice people who know how to offer excellent customer service!!”
