“We have worked with Philip Ivory Architects on numerous projects over the course of the last 15 years. They are a great team to work with, great creative input & talent and their finished projects are always superbly done. Philip Ivory Architects plans are always well thought out with plenty of attention given to even the smallest detail. During any project, there will always be problems that arise – Philip and his team can work around these and provide viable solutions while staying true to the original design, budget and schedule. I would highly recommend Philip Ivory Architects to anyone considering adding to their existing home or building a new home.”

“We have been fortunate enough to work with Wolstenholme Associates on many occasions and have referred them directly to our clients needing building design and architectural work as well. Each time, we hear the same results, and they are always outstanding, which is why Rutgers Landscape Design continues to refer Wolstenholme to our clients. “Joe Mackin and his firm designed us the most beautiful new house. He designed an 1800's style, stone farm house look that is amazing. The attention to detail is incredible. People have been to the house and can't decide if it's just an old house that was added on to, or a new house. We have worked with a handful of architects over the years, and Joe, by far, has been the BEST. We also did not use a builder, my husband an were the general contractors of the house, which is approximately 7,000 sq. feet.”

“We hired Sanderson Architectural as first-time home owners to assist my wife and I in planning and determining what an overall addition and improvement project would look like both from a drawling perspective and a financial perspective. Shannon provided us with outstanding customer service and support through our planning and implementation process (the drawings were outstanding!!!). She is timely, professional, diligent and a great communicator to her clients. Being first time homeowners, she was very helpful in assisting us in understanding the details in the scope of our project We would highly recommend her services.”
Foley Hillestad Architecture

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJanuary 17, 2014
“Stephen Foley was our architect for our 2013 remodel of our Mahoney cape in Bryn Mawr. My wife and I are still in awe of the master suite Stephen was able to design from a basic attic space using only a few perfectly-placed dormers on the existing roof line. We gave Stephen a long list of wants for this suite (i.e. lots of closet space, laundry room, large stall shower, tub, separate his and hers vanities and private toilet room). He got it all in in a fashion that not only feels spacious and comfortable, but that allows for the dormers on the front of the house to add symmetry and aesthetic appeal . At one point, my wife and I wanted to go back to the drawing-board due to ceiling height concerns but Stephen pushed us to go with his original design. We are glad we trusted him and his advice because the finished product exceeds our expectations. He also did a great job with a kitchen redesign, open foyer and space reconfiguration on the first floor of our house. He was also ready, willing and able to help us with selections and other design choices. Stephen was recommended to us by our builder, Ranieri and Kerns, and was also the lowest-price provider of the other architect firms we met with, so a win-win. We highly recommend him, thanks Stephen.”
