“I hired Wilson Homes to complete full interior and exterior renovation of an older home and had ambitious expectations on the timeline. They delivered in every aspect someone could expect. The trades and suppliers were very professional, clean, timely and cost effective while Wilson Homes was excellent at communicating schedule and progress. All changes encountered (as expected with a 50 year old home) were presented in a clear manner with expectations of costs and added value, which made decisions easy. I was most impressed with how quickly everything was done and seems to be much quicker than any of my friends renovations in recent memory. I would definitely recommend Wilson Homes to anyone for any job, big or small, simple or complicated.”

He worked promptly with both me and the designer, keeping us informed of the project timeline, and worked with us to balance the project cost and fit our vision. Renos were complete on time and on budget, the work is beautifully done, and I will certainly be working with Mountview when it is time for the kitchen upgrade.”

“We had Kavaleer Homes and Renovations complete the construction of our legal secondary suite, and assist in the design and permit process leading up-to construction. I’m really glad Kyle with Kavaleer was involved from the beginning as the house was not a typical conversation and Kyle provided creative and cost effective solutions that met all the City requirements. Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue. The tenants we selected have been very happy in the space and we haven’t had any workmanship issues at all.”
