Since I heard the news this morning of the passing of Gert, I can’t get it out of my mind – the thought that he knew something most of us don’t. You see… he walked around every day being happy. ‘Just happy. This man did not waste energy on negative thoughts or emotions. It was as if each day was precious – because it was.
