“We hired The Buckingham Group to design and build a garage addition to our home in the country. We were not living in the home so it was imperative that we find someone who was professional, reliable, and trustworthy. From start to finish, it was a joy working with Ed Kaplan and The Buckingham Group. He was responsive to our needs and desires in the design phase and innovative in the solutions proposed. The building phase was remarkable. ON TIME, within budget, and professionally efficient. The Buckingham Group gave us a calendar so we knew what was happening every day, and as we visited the site they were right on schedule. Ed was very responsive to any concerns we raised and we were extremely satisfied with the result. “We have had a fantastic experience with Yellow Design & Build for our home remodel. We bought a 1920's build home that needed A LOT of help. After we basically gutted the entire home, I quickly realized I was way over my head and getting overwhelmed picking out all the design details. Lydia was recommeneded by a friend and she has easily been the best decision we made in our remodel! She has really listened to our vision and is very knowledgeable. I told her we wanted to be a little more daring but honor the historical aspects of the house. She was very patient as we narrowed down exactly what that really meant for us. She also was helpful on the construction side by drawing up design plans for our contractor to have. This really helped cut down on any possible confusion as to what we wanted. She also caught some possibly costly mistakes to our cabinetry plans. Thanks so much!!”
