The cabinets and drawers have custom depths so that cords for a printer and table lamp would be hidden behind the drawer and plugged into an outlet that the wall unit covered. All the parts came in two shipments and were neatly packaged. They were very patient with me while I meticulously went over all the parts that were shipped. I chose not to install them myself and instead used a contractor that they recommended. The installation cost was worth every penny. What should have been a relatively straight forward installation took a considerably long time, not because of the design, but because of problems with my walls. Despite the difficulties, the installation was outstanding, and the installers made sure the shelving were at heights to my liking.
