“We didn't end up hiring John Canty, but we probably should have! Our house is in need of a full gut job. John was very helpful and knowledgeable when he came in to look at our house. We ended up hiring another contractor, who we have since fired, because he worked with a friend a friend of ours. We should have known that you need to mesh with your GC and create good communication lines with them -- we learned quickly that just because a GC worked well with someone you know, it doesn't mean they'll work well with you! John was very upfront and honest about the costs and quality of the job we'd get, and we should have trusted our gut instinct to hire him! It's been 4 months and we're still waiting to get started on our house.”

Zac fabricated and delivered all our cabinetry with a quick turnaround time. He installed one kitchen and built and installed all the units for another kitchen, as well as a large bedroom cabinet (a whole wall of of cabinets) and laundry. He is efficient. Zac works continuously. He responded Immediately to my many texts and emails and phone calls. I never had to wait on him. He was also realistic about start and end dates, and he maintained his schedule. That is to say, he exceeds the norm for being organized and professional; he will not “say what you want to hear.” You can count on him, both as a craftsman and a businessman.”
